Son is really enjoying scooter as far as speed and travel experience. Customer service has been prompt and helpful to offer solutions to address any questions or concerns.

My son has really enjoyed using the Isinwheel S9 Pro. It’s the right size and weight for him to manage easily, and it’s been a fun, convenient way for him to get around. The ride is smooth, the battery lasts a good amount of time, and the speed feels safe but still fun. Overall, it’s been a solid, dependable scooter for the price.

It's very bad customer service because i got isinwheel u5 , it was missing part also after 3 days the charger doesn't work, I contacted the customer service and I told them about my issue and until now after 1 week I didn't get anything.
I don't recommend to pay anything from this company.

Simple and quick responses as well as very understanding of the issues. Had no problem with sending new parts and would highly recommend going through them.

J'ai acheté un S10MAX pour mon épouse, elle a fait seulement 50 km et plus rien fonctionne. Le moteur est devenu très bruitant et plus rien. Le service a la clientèle réponde n'importe quoi, et niaise les acheteurs. SVP, n'acheté surtout pas de cette entreprise.
I bought an S10MAX for my wife, she only did 50 km and nothing works anymore. The engine became very noisy and nothing. The customer service answers anything, and fools the buyers. Please, do not buy from this company.

The gt2 scooter itself is definitely worth the money .but the customer service n support have alot of fixing to do .Noone is answering my emails after the first email nor are they answering phones .I sent an email with all the info and photos .only to get an email back asking for photos ,that were already sent in original email.sine that, I cannot get a hold of anyone by email or phone .for this reason I'm giving 2 stars as the scooter itself is well put together.

I am speaking with Winnipeg, Canada and have ordered an M10 ebike. My whole process of negotiating the deal has been amazing. The company and the customer service team have cooperated with me and are willing to answer my complex queries as well. I cannot wait for my M10 to be delivered and to use it for my commute.

Companies' inability to adhere to their warranties. I purchased a Pinwheel 2-in-1 Mini Pro Electric Scooter for Kids, and the scooter stopped working after 4 months. Ultra poor quality and design. Hardly used and well maintained scooter. This was also the second one I bought that broke. The Chinese company will only send videos for troubleshooting, including poor-graining videos of home multi-meter checks, etc. DO NOT BUY; TERRIBLE PRODUCTS, COMPANY, and WARRANTY.

Excellent Experience for a Canadian!

Experience: it was shiny and cool! I was so afraid to touch it that I accidentally broke the plastic structure that holds the velcro strap while I attempting to attach the storage bag to the handle bar.

Company: iSinWheel had great customer service that offered a free gift for my disappointment, just for a small error that I could've fixed with hot glue.

Honestly: I was so confident in my ability to use the scooter that I didn't use the manual. The YouTube unboxing videos were good enough. I didn't realize that the speed was restricted to 15 MPH by default, though. It took a bit of googling to find what to do but experiments to know when to do it. The what is to press M five times; the when is to do that immediately after turning the scooter on.

Safety: the pneumatic wheels and suspension make riding over bumps easier than my solid tire ES1-300 scooter.

Security: The ability to set the max speed limit low ensures that if an unwittingly thief or child rides the scooter, they wouldn't go too fast for you.

Scooter is my favorite way to save up to having a car. It's also great to keep as backup transportation or even fun trips at a bike trail/park. This is especially useful in crowded cities where destinations are close and parking is limited/expensive.

I ordered the s10 max and it was delivered to the wrong address.

Everything is excellent - service, shipment, quality

I ordered my scooter on Friday and had it delivered by fed ex on Tuesday. I love my GT1 it's much more powerful motor than my iscooter i9 max and the company were great when helping with an issue I had with my valve on my rear tyre they talked me through it. I would recommend isenwheel to anyone who wants a good experience.

Very good website page which was easy to navigate . I bought an e bike that is brilliant and helps me get around. The delivery was exactly how they said it would be , prompt and efficient. Great service.

My new U2 City Commuter is an amazing bike to ride and its power gives me the assistance I need for climbing steep hills. The Isinwheel team has been extremely helpful.
