Needed a replacement part for my bike and the response was very fast, and received the part very quickly.

The customer service is very amazing and responsive. Moreover, I highly recommend you to have this scooter and it comes with tools and charger with mini bag so that you can take the charger wherever you go in case if you run out battery.

We purchase 2 cargo bikes, and with the one bike we had a few small issues that were addressed very quickly! Isinwheel is a fantastic company to deal with.. they are very responsive and corrected the issue immediately!! We love these bikes.. we bike all over Florida and then bring them back to Canada.. they will service Canada and USA !!

I wish I had never purchased from this company . I had a break in weld on the frame from normal usage . The scooter was 6 weeks old . They stated they could not repair and offered a 50% refund or 50% off another scooter , which took weeks of negotiations.

We purchased the Isinwheel M50 and M10 mountain bikes and two handlebar bags - the bikes arrived promptly, easy to assemble, and ride just great! The one handlebar bag that arrived is a nice fit, but the second bag wasn't delivered. Once informed of the missing bag Isinwheel was great to work with - polite service, very professional. They sent the bag immediately - it arrived much quicker than I expected. Great customer service - highly recommend Isinwheel!

Fantastic experience with rhis company’s customer service. Upon delivery my throttle lever was broken. I messaged the company and they got back to me quickly to resolve my issue and sent me out a replacement.

5 stars isn’t enough for this company. Their customer service is higher than that. I would recommend them.

My scooter came a bit later than I was expecting it but I was able to resolve the problem with the company.

After ordering the M40 folding bike I was notified of a stock delay of 2 months. My money was immediately refunded and when back in stock reinstated at the original price. This was done without prompting. I can only say the honesty and integrity was refreshing to say the least. As for the bike, it is sensational. I purchased it to carry in my motorhome, as many had been stolen from mounts outside motor homes.
The bike meets all those requirements but with breathtaking performance. A truly fantastic product.

I’ve purchased the H7 pro scooter from isinwheel ! I love the led lights on the scooter the most ! I haven’t yet tried 37 mph but I will definitely do an update on speed check it’s good for my commute back and forth around my neighborhood while running errands.
