The help I got from the customer service was honestly outstanding, they were extremely helpful with my situation regarding some replacement keys and with only a few emails back and forth I was able to pay to get a new set of keys, honestly I really think the customer service employee should get a raise with how professional and helpful they are

I recently purchased an M50 e-bike and while assembling it I found that a small part was missing (mounting bracket for the rear light). I contacted customer support to advise on the situation and they immediately took action to resolve the issue. Their communication with me was very timely and professional. I am very impressed with both the e- bike and this company’s customer service, which has made my entire experience very satisfying.

While putting together our new UCity Electric Cruiser Bike, we had a small issue with not being able to get the seat to stay securely in the desired adjusted position. I contacted Isinwheel over the weekend, and they responded first thing Monday morning, asking for more details. Once I sent them the info they requested, they again responded very quickly, very apologetic and stating that they were sending me a new seatpost clamp and bushing, which I received two days later. We are now good to go, and I couldn't be happier with the concern and responsiveness from Isinwheel in resolving our issue.

But let me tell you the experience was well worth it, because ISINWHEELS CS department is understanding, patient, & well deserving of RESPECT! I appreciate them for tolerating me as a frustrated customer, but in the end a mutual consensus was made that I figured fair especially while dealing with the not knowing or what ifs’. Anyways, all to just say ISINWHEELS response time, respect, and over the top HELP through out my entire situation has set a tone for me to TRUST them & that they are there to do just what it is in the name SERVE!! Their service was great. As I’ve said before I LOVE MY e board and it’s the best transportation ever! Even if I had to purchase a new one I know I’d entrust myself with doing so with your brand! Isinwheel CS department is to notch!! A part was sent from them and stalled in shipping. Isinwheel locked into it found out customs lost it. And isinwheel sent a new part different shipping company and express. It's been a long time since I've had such a pleasant CS experience through this hole process. They go the extra mile for there customer's.
