All I had to do was call and explain, and they helped me very clearly and made it easy to relieve the issue.

Best customer support team ever!!!! I had an issue with my new scooter lights not working. I simply went to my Isinwheel app and texted the team and told them my problem in detail. A technician replied back and even gave me instructions on how it might be fixed. After trying the steps I still had no luck. They simply sent me a new set of lights for free no questions asked. I was able to plug them in and presto!!!! Perfection!!!! Thanks to Isinwheel's customer support team and technicians for an outstanding job in handling my situation as they did.

The scooter is built very well All the bolts are tightened and ready for the road I hit bumps on my way to work I go up hills and my safety is great

I'm able to make a 15 mile commute to and from my workplace so a 30 mile trip everyday and still have battery left over to have a little fun. I really like this e-bike and I have advertised it as much as I can to all of my friends to tell them to get one to save them some gas money!!

I didn’t realize how well made Isinwheel s10Max was until I had to ride it back and forth to work every day. 7 miles there and 7 miles back. 25 minute ride each way. 14 miles every day. S10Max has not let me down!
I live in the Nevada Desert and I’m a tough guy, who lives in a tough climate. So I put the s10Max through rigorous conditions. And to my surprise the s10Max takes a licking and keeps on ticking! It is very,very well made like a Swiss Army knife. As long as I keep it clean and fully charge it runs like a Duracell Battery. On the Road or in the Desert you can always count on the Isinwheel s10Max

I’ve been a customer of isinwheel for a while now and have actually owned two boards. The product itself is great and I really enjoyed using it. However, the customer service experience has been frustrating. When my second board was damaged, I reached out for support and ended up going back and forth between representatives without getting clear answers. Even after calling, it felt like there was a disconnect between the customer service agents and whoever makes the final decisions. The emails I received were confusing and didn’t offer real solutions.

I understand that some damage may not be covered under warranty, but the communication could be much clearer, more consistent, and more supportive. I really like the product, but the customer service needs improvement.

First of all Lightning fast shipping, 3 days CA to WA at the door. Quality construction, im 210# rider, ive got over 100 miles on it. Hard riding, hard carving, high speed, hard braking. I feel like I've been rough on it but its still like new, even the tread on tires holding up. I love it so much I bought a second one to put PU street wheels on. 2 V10's for around the price i was going to pay elsewhere. Great Eboard isinwheel!

I just have to leave a big THANK YOU to the support team that solve my issue so fast in a matter of 3 days I'm now waiting for my battery keys to be delivered. So fast so easy and amazing experience. 100% recommend isinwheel electric bikes to firends and people I know.
