Quick replies. After about 2-3 months my accelerator/Throttle went on my ix3 scooter. IScooter quickly and efficiently shipped a replacement. Had me back on the road in no time.

I order 2 iX3 scooter, received them in 3 days, one had a defective throttle, I contact them, quick and very consumer oriented reply and after few pertinent questions, they confirm they ship a new one, simple like that! I try my new iX3, 100% satisfied, they are able to do all what they said can they do! Very happy and I strongly recommend iScooter product and company.

The iScooter i9 has been a great product for us. It’s smooth, reliable, and easy to use for everyday rides. We did run into a minor issue early on, but their customer support was responsive and helpful in resolving it quickly.
