I bought this scooter because I often visit the beaches in Nj. It seems like everyone down there has them. I thought I’d only ride it while on vacation. Well, I’ve been riding this thing more than any of my other vehicles. A few of my friends joke with me saying I ride this more then my Harley. And really, they are right. So they all bought one also. Very good quality. Super fun to ride. Pleanty of power. I would recommend IScooter over any other brand.

We purchased the iScooter as we live on a large mountain and for my son to get to his friends and home. Unfortunately the throttle came defective but customer service promptly sent us a new throttle. Customer service was friendly, fast and very helpful. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. The iScooter is living up to all expectations.

I had a couple of small issues with my scooter when I first got it and the support team was very helpful in getting my parts to me quickly. The parts were easy to install and my scooter was in like new condition in no time. The support team was friendly, responded very quickly and followed up on every aspect of our interactions. I would absolutely recommend these scooters for their excellent performance and the great support staff that backs them!

Purchased i9 for my son. It would not turn on after 14 days of use. Turned off while riding and could not get it on since.
Customer service is difficult to get a hold of. Nobody answers the phone and it's 24hrs for email reply which is how you need to request service.

Took 2 weeks of emailing back and forth but eventually got s replacement scooter shipped to us.

The scooter impressed me with its build quality and great performance — it’s comfortable to ride and handles very well.

I had some trouble connecting it via Bluetooth, but customer support was quick to help. They responded within an hour and provided clear, step-by-step instructions. Everything is now working perfectly. Thanks for the excellent support!

Customer support has been very helpful, they have helped me fix my scooter when I could not. And in the end, customer support was very determined to help me fix my scooter which they did.

This scooter is great. So many cool features included for the price. We have had this scooter for almost a year now. We had a minor issue with the throttle breaking, but customer service was great and sent a replacement part right away. Highly recommend this scooter.

I purchased a scooter for my grandson. He earned it by doing exceptionally in his first year of middle school.
I am thrilled with this purchase. My grandson loves it. We had a situation with the throttle. The part was quickly sent and the problem was solved.
Customer service was excellent.
Based on how my younger grandson does with his grades I will be purchasing another scooter for him.

They said the scooter had a range of 32km, but in "my driving conditions" it was 15km. That's half the distance shown: I really feel like I've been ripped off.
They responded quickly, unlike some reviews I've seen, and they deliver quickly, but other than that I don't recommend buying from them with this kind of false statement. At the limit: write it in your description that the range varies between 15km and 32km depending on the road.
