Simple and straightforward
Irish Life health policy is easy to understand and the website is fairly easy and straightforward. Making a claim is not difficult once you have the proper written receipt of payment. Hospital procedures seem to be paid directly without payment from the patient and submitting receipts.

Terrible Healthcare insurance …
An absolutely awful company to deal with, terrible customer care which you will be lucky to get a reply from and if you do they will cut you off mid conversation.
As for making a claim , this company will do everything they can to not pay out on a simple claim unless you jump through numerous hoops.
Avoid Irish Life Health at all costs because that’s all it will do is cost you and not them.

Usually payments are settled quickly…
Usually payments are settled quickly but there is usually an excess.
My premium went up from €170 to €200 per month this year. A considerable amount for a senior citizen.

Irish Life Health has been a revelation…
Irish Life Health has been a revelation regarding our health entitlements. Advisor was very knowledgeable, no nonsense, straight and factual. Very easy to understand, no bells and whistles language. Exactly what we need ,we feel covered and safe. Like the integrity of the company and staff. To top it off, I needed a procedure, reassured, I was covered by advisor, went and had a trouble free operation. So reassured now both my wife and I.
