Ryan fixed my shattered IPad screen. Brilliant customer service. He took the time to explain the process and very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

My MacBook Pro screen was damaged so I took it to I Repair Macs who took a little longer than I anticipated however the screen replacement was of a high quality and the price charged was very reasonable.

I'm not sure where I'd be without Ryan's expertise. Not only has he saved the day on several occasions, but he has also given good advice where a repair was feasible but he recommended against it because of cost and limited lifespan of the device.

Ryan was very helpful in diagnosing and fixing a power-related issue on my Mac. At all points, good communication was kept so that I was informed of the cause of the problem and expectations were put in place about the time required to fix the issue. All expectations were met and I was very happy with the experience. I would happily use I Repair Mac's again.

I had a great experience getting my I pad fixed! I had an iPad 6th generation and I by accident stepped on it and my screen was literally destroyed! I thought it can't be fixed. I called I Repair Macs to get some advise and they were very friendly and ensured me they will be able to replace the screen and picked it up on the same day. The repair was very quick and my iPad looks like new!

A fantastic experience with Ryan at I Repair. The battery in my (very old) Mac book had expanded causing various issues. Ryan organised a courier to collect it, was quick and efficient in diagnosing the issue and up front about my options and the cost involved with each option. I felt incredibly comfortable with the process, I was updated at each stage and my laptop was couriered back to me looking and feeling brand new - brilliant work for a really fair price (I did a fair amount of research before I went with I Repair). Cannot recommend Ryan more highly, very glad to have found him and will be using again.

I am surprised by the good reviews about apple repair service! My Mac book pro has screen issues and they asked me £560 for fix this problem which is a third of the price I paid for the machine and when I asked what is the problem they wouldn’t tell me saying they not allowed!

Amazing experience at a truly reasonable price. I Repair Mac's is highly recommended. I had a big mending job with the computer, during this difficult Pandemic time and the idea of driving up to 200 miles to an Apple Shop was not viable or impressive. Ryan was very happy to receive the couriered imac which made life so much easier. So glad I found him. I cannot fault the service, or the care or the attention or the accuracy or the price. Let alone, the finished product. Really happy I found this company and will not hesitate to use it again. He didn't just replace my hard drive but updated it too. And his care at taking me through the details was professional and humane. Wonderful service.

Good, friendly and efficient service by Ryan. Repaired the screen of one MacBook Pro very well. Could not repair another MacBook Pro, eventually, due to faulty logic board, but was v helfpul throughout the process. For non-specialist-clients like myself, one just never knows whether one is charged too much for a part or service, but i was left with the strong impression that the service was honest and excellent

I was having trouble with my mac's graphics card. Fearing an expensive repair by apple I contacted the guys at I Repair Macs. Found them to be incredibly effeciant and professional. My mac was repaired without delay and was back to me much faster than I expected. Can't recommend them enough

These guy's are very good and provide an excellent service I am so amazed. Way better than Apple!
I sent my Mac book Air for logic board issues and they repaired it and sent it back safely packed with Tracking.
Always kept me up to date with repairs etc so I knew exactly what was happening.

I smashed my iPhone screen on a Sunday, saw that Apple would charge more than the phone is worth ... then booked a slot online with Ryan for the next day, at 52% of the price. Perfect repair, to Apple standard, delivered with care. Highly recommended.

Had a problem with recharging my laptop. They collected it in person, fixed it after locating a hard to find part and returned it by courier. Very happy with the service.
