Would NOT recommend.
Increased price before our pick up date and offered no refund or alternatives. 3 hours late for pick up. Vehicle had no air con and the brakes weren’t working properly. Driver was falling asleep at the wheel!
They did send us an alternative driver for the return journey after we complained, however the vehicle was smaller and barely fit us all. They offered no compensation.

Used this service to be dropped off at Glastonbury festival 2022 they originally quoted us a price for the mini bus and then increased the price a few weeks before the event. Obviously we were stuck and had to pay it. The driver and company were so hard to get hold of, they wouldn’t pick up calls only text. Arranged for the driver to pick us up at 7am however they didn’t turn up until 11am.

Finally when we thought the worst of it was over but the driver was FALLING ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL on the motorway and down narrow country roads. We had to suggest pulling over and talking to keep him awake. When he was awake he was driving and writing on pieces of paper while driving. The minibus’ brakes made a screeching noise and weren’t working well enough for the speed and recklessness of this drivers driving. honestly, how this guy got his licence I do not know. It was one of the most dangerous and scariest experiences of my life. The driver then got angry with us when we hit a diversion near the festival and was kicking up a fuss when we asked him to drop us off at our designated gate. On the way back our original driver overslept his alarm and so we had a second car that was too small for all of our things and had to sit cramped with things on our laps.

I was just lucky that we all got there and back alive. Not the service you expect when you have paid just short of £2,000. Absolute scam and so dangerous. Shocking, avoid at all costs.

Awful experience, would avoid at all cost.
Driver was approx 3 hours late despite having us having a booking for months in advance. Standard of driving was very poor and plainly unsafe. We had to request a different driver for our return leg as we felt so uncomfortable and unsafe. We would’ve used public transport in place of this company after our initial journey had there not been a train strike on.

The minibus was 3 hours late for the pick up and the driver was falling asleep at the wheel. We felt very unsafe and scared through the trip and were offered no compensation by the company. Do not use Investravel.

Definitely use this firm again no hassle driver was friendly and helpful would highly recommend

Hired a mini bus for my partners birthday for a day festival. The invest team were so helpful with the initial booking and our driver was brilliant, he also came and picked us up earlier when the rain started! A really great experience. I would highly recommend booking with invest travel, we will be using them again.

DANGEROUS!
We hired a bus from London to Glastonbury, long story short they upped the price nearer to the trip which was understandable in line with the fuel prices but wouldn’t allow us a refund we had to pay or we would have lost all our money. The driver then turned up 3 hours late to pick us up, we missed the first part of the festival. The van had no air con or opening windows in the back, and the brakes and suspension weren’t working properly so the ride was very stop/ start. The driver was falling ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL the whole journey we had to make him pull over for a brake as we were so nervous. We swerved a lot on the Motorway and had to keep him talking to keep him awake. On the way back our driver over slept his alarm so sent another driver the car wasn’t the size we had asked for and so we had to travel back squashed in the back with all our bags and tents on our knees. Awful experience.

Amazing company we booked very last minute and they had availability! The coach driver naz was so friendly and a great driver. Would highly recommend

I have booked a 16 seater bus which never arrived. They messed up and sent me 2 cars which didn’t fit our party.
Cancelled the trip and can’t get my deposit back.
Avoid this scammers at all cost!

Booked a minibus on 23rd April, for 2nd July. Quoted £203 return. Confirmation recieved. Called 2 weeks prior to check if the vehicle had wheelchair access and was told price had gone up to £440 !! Same vehicle. Price more than doubled. Was told price is not confirmed until you pay. We were not asked to pay or would have done so.Very poor customer service "Do you want it or not?". Would not use again or recommend. Have found much more reliable driver and much cheaper.

Booked a luxury minibus with driver for an important corporate event. Price was very high but was assured quality would be good. Very limited communication, was once told they don't check emails. They asked lots of questions I had already answered. I was getting worried about the service. Then I was given the contact number of "the driver" who turned out to be the owner of a different company. I explained my need for good quality minibus and driver for a luxury corporate event. What turned up was embarrassing. No air-con, a vey old and scruffy van with seats.
We ended up booking a different company for the second day as we could not let our guests travel in that bus. The driver was unprofessional and unaware of the standard that "corporate" would need.
Avoid this company at all cost. Not worth the price and the product is awful.

Given online quote and doubled when phoned to book. Online £1275 phone to book and new quote £2450

I booked 2 coaches for a private event and made payment. I have heard nothing since and although I have tried 3 numbers numerous times, no-one picks up nor has there been any reply to texts or Emails. I have cancelled as I have no confidence that the coaches will turn up. Am now using Goldline - much more professional experience

Fantastic experience with this company. We booked a coach at very short notice. They were really accommodating. The coach was immaculate. The driver was on time and extremely courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Good service. Will use again and recommend.

Picked us up from Manchester at 2am took us back to Liverpool. Great Service.

We booked the coach for 16 people. Transport Booking Agent dealing with us was RAY HARRIS. This was my duaghter's wedding going from Cambridge to Buckinghamshire and we had lots of luggage with each guest of us. Ray Harris asked us to pay extra if we wanted a coach with good size boot which I did. I tried to call him which he never picks and just ask to text. I sent him mails and text to re-conform if the appropriate coach with enough boot space has been booked which he reassured me even the day before travel. On the morning of wedding as 12 (4 couldnt come) of my guests waiting for coach in the wedding morning with 12 luggage and several gift hampers but only to find that coach had no boot at all. The emergency contact given to us wasnt contactable and manager of the driver wouldnt let us start journey untill we agreed to pay remaining balance not only for that journey but also for the journey for follwoing day that we had booked with them to come back to Cambridge. We were stuck as wedding functions were meant to start from mid day and there is no way that we could organise any other coach in that short time period. Ray Harris wasnt contactable at all and later when he called, he wasnt sorry at all and just said "may be there was communication failure". No sorry at all rather he was very rude. The driver Max who came was amazing, tried helping us as much as he could in that circumstances.
Be careful when dealing particularly with Ray Harris, not a person that you can rely. I am not sure if he is the only such person in this company but I will never never use this company ever again. we were put in such difficut situation on the day when it should have been the best day for my daughter. He made us all extremely stressed on that day of wedding.
