We used this company for our transfer from Glasgow city centre to Edinburgh airport. Our driver John was fantastic, he was patient as we were 5 minutes late out of our brunch due to a billing issue. Super friendly and helped us out with an issue we had once he had driven off. Would definitely use this company again

Used for my best pals hen do, John our driver was amazing. Put up with a lot of noisy hens and even did a turn around after he left us as the bride left her phone on the bus.

Highly recommend!
I would highly recommend this company. I booked the mini bus for 11 hens to go from Glasgow to Edinburgh airport. Booking was easy and had quick replies from the company.
Our driver John was amazing, he arrived on time, was friendly and very tolerant of a large hen party.
He went above and beyond when 5 minutes after we got off the bus we realised the bride to be had left her phone so he done a u-turn and came back to us.
Very happy with the service overall and would recommend.

A very efficient and proactive company. I used them to organise taxis for 11 people for out works Christmas do. Apart from write the initial email they took charge and organised the trip for me. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks again. Sam

Disabled Customers Be Wary
I am a wheelchair user who was headed to another city for a concert. I don’t like travelling by Hackney so I booked a wheelchair access bus as advertised on the site. I was charged £260. I explained from the start I was a powerchair user. Several times prior to the journey I received contact asking if I could use a normal car, and I had to keep repeating no, I even sent a picture of the bus I booked.
On the day, a City Hackney cab came to collect me, they had outsourced the job and paid him a lot less than I was charged.
I went with investravel because I wanted executive travel if I had wanted a cab I could have organised this myself and much cheaper locally.
I felt exploited and was never responded to or refunded by customer service.

Excellent experience with Investravel
Excellent experience with Investravel. We were one person short in our party & the driver kindly waited until she arrived.
It was a smooth journey all the way from central london to home. Thank you for a brilliant experience, especially with the train strikes. Would definitely recommend and use again!
