We’ve used Invest Travel twice now to organise a large taxi hire for our work trips out and they’ve always been great! Good value for money, quick communication and reliable drivers. Would recommend.

We used ZTM for our wedding guests to be transported from the church to a nearby lake for photos.
Andrew (the driver) arrived before the ceremony finished and waited for our guests to congratulate us without any urgency.
He got the guests from A to B safely and they all commented on how lovely he was.
Even if he did take a little detour ;)
A wedding day can’t be perfect. It made the guests panic for a moment but laugh for a while.

Our experience was great, our driver arrived on time and was very patient with us getting out of the crowds at download festival and he kept us updated on where abouts in the pick up zone he was making it easier to find him.

Great service, responsive replies to messages, easy to book. Driver called and arranged to arrive early due to issues getting in to London on the day we needed to go, as he wanted to make sure we got to our venue on time.

Ansonsten, vor Abreise Chaos pur. Wir mussten das ganze Reiseprogramm noch einmal einreichen. Fragen wurden nie beantwortet. Das wäre noch ok ABER: unterwegs wurde eine Nachzahlung von Investtravel gefordert. Es sei normal, dass der Gast die Übernachtung vom Chauffeur zahlen muss. Die Firma Investtravel ist unverschämt und schnodrig und Schweineteuer. Trotzdem hat schlussendlich alles geklappt.

It was very easy to make a booking, and the support was good. I would recommend it, as I had a day out for team building, and the service was really good, and the driver was very professional.

If it was possible to give this company zero stars l would. We arranged a price of £135 for a journey for 7 people, journey only being 14 miles to the destination there & back. Invoice from these scam artist provided. We paid the money however, the next day this scam of a company called us after the deal was agreed & paid for, said that they had to increase the payment to £240 and therefore couldn’t proceed with taking us to our destination at the price agreed in writing unless we paid more money. This company never stopped chasing me & messaging me for the £135 when they received the payment in full, all of a sudden it was increased to £240. They used the guise of not being able to locate the postcode of the pick address, they messed up so many times, it was near difficult & frustrating dealing with them regarding the postcode for pickup. Other cabs & courier services were able to locate the postcode easily. We have found another company to take us to our destination who l might add, had no problems with the postcode of the pick up address and a lot cheaper than what this company was asking for. Please DO NOT use this company they are deceitful, money hungry fraudsters. Please, potential customers be fully aware before proceeding with these con artist's you will be left bitterly disappointed 😥 😞 😥

Amazing service. Me and 11 friends had our flight cancelled, we got stuck at London Gatwick and needed transport to Manchester. We contacted Invest Travel in the morning and they managed to organise a minibus for 12 girls & 11 suitcases. They were on time and always in communication. So they really saved the day as we would have been stuck.
