Everything went very smoothly! The driver arrived on time (few min early as well) and was very friendly and helpful.

No issues. Driver early for pickup which was great, friendly driver. Perfect for a big group.

DO NOT USE THEM! Stay clear! They kept changing quotes constantly even though they had given an initial quote! Extremely unprofessional

Was apprehensive about the experience due to some of the reviews, but it was the best price we had quoted and honestly the whole experience was fantastic! The communication was excellent and our driver even came an hour earlier for us as that’s what we requested and it wasn’t a problem for him! We will definitely use again :) Many thanks!

Quoted a fair price. I accepted and paid in full. I called and emailed to confirm all details with the call handler. However, when making contact with the driver, he had not been passed the details of the journey. The company tried to back out of the paid booking at 9pm the night before a 7am trip unless they got another £250.

Having done further research, they've held bookings to ransom on many occassions. Do whatever you can to avoid.

Highly recommend using Investravel! Alway super quick to confirm bookings and make the process super easy.

A trip to Blackpool Illumination for our residents at the care home. Arrived on time and assisted and completed all our request with a smile. A very friendly and helpful driver (Tubz). Staff also commented how patient and understanding Tubz was dealing with elderly residents
First time we have used the service and no concern, hopefully will be planning more trips with them

Everything as planned, punctual and efficient. Coaches are cleaned and have charging ports for each seat, very useful after being out all day.

Booked nearly a year in advance and paid £700 for a hen do from Essex to Brighton for 12 people and they never turned up on the day. Driver not answering his phone, office telling us they can’t get hold of him, Owen, and may be best if we try and make alternative arrangements. No concerns from them at all. Said they can get a driver to us in a couple of hours to take 8 of us and the rest should find their own way there. Do yourself a favour if you’re thinking of using them and keep looking for a reliable, reputable company.

The communication was great. Offered us a very good price and they arrived promptly in a spacious vehicle. I couldn’t fault them, will definitely be using them again :)

There was a slight complication with the booking but it was all sorted over the phone a couple of days prior.

DO NO USE! I enquired about an 8 seat mini bus. A London number then preceded to phone me multiple times to try and hurry me along to accept the quote they had sent over. Once I accepted the quote and made payment, I was phoned again to ask if I wanted to proceed with the quote ( they obviously hadn’t been notified I had paid) so I went on to explain I had made the payment in full. I was re-assured by the man on the other end of the phone that this would be looked into and I would receive confirmation of payment shortly. Confirmation never came! Later on in the day I emailed the address that was attached in the quotation email to ask about my confirmation and got no reply. The next day I still hadn’t had an email in response or confirmation. I then messaged the number also linked on the email. No reply. Later, I phone the mobile number, again no answer. At this point I’d had enough and wanted my money back. I was still in my 24hr cooling off period so phone my bank to see if the money could be re-called. After describing the events to the bank they treated this as a fraud case. Once off the phone to the bank, I took matters into my own hands and decided to call again. This time I phoned the London number that tried blowing up my phone the day before to try and get me to book. To my surprise someone answered. The guy on the other end of the phone when I asked for a refund said he’d have to talk to his manager and that the manger would be in touch with me. I told him if his manager didn’t contact me within the hour I’d be phoning back. I made several phone calls chasing then up waiting for some kind of management. I stated that I was unhappy with the service I had received and that I was within my 24hr cooling off period so was not being unreasonable to ask for a refund. By mid day the WhatsApp number I had messaged in the morning responded, I then had to go through the whole thing again asking for a refund and justifying why. I don’t think the messages was understood because I was then told, they had received payment, my transport was booked and THEY were happy to go ahead with the booking. In the message, they also stated that confirmation can take up to 24hrs to come through. So I pointed out that no one on there website (that doesn’t contain any kind of information) nor on the quotation emails I had received did it stated that I could wait up to 24hrs for correspondence. Thankfully within 5 minutes of me repeating again I wanted a refund, the funds were back in my bank

We called them, they didn’t help.
They were not happy to pay our money back, but 8 calls and 12 weeks later they finally arrived!
