Mobility Scooter

I bought the scooter over the christmas period, so I didn't expect to hear a lot until work resumed on 2 January. But I received a confirmation email straight away. The scooter was delayed due to the weather (not their fault). When I received the scooter we put it together straight away using the very clear instructions. I am very satisfied with my purchase and recommend that this is a good firm to go to for mobility purchases.

Very helpful Service with fast free delivery.

My first order unbeknowingly did not go through, but Invamed e-mailed me so that I could complete the order.
I saved hard for my purchase and was pleasantly surprised that it included free delivery. It was even better that it arrived the following day (large item).
Instructions were included for assembly and could also be accessed on the internet.
It took a little longer to assemble than we had thought, but that’s probably our fault (70+ yrs old).
Very happy with the product and the service.

Excellent experience with Invamed

Was unsure as to whether ordering a mobility scooter online would be a good thing. I read the previous reviews for this company and decided to go for it. I ordered a mobility scooter, received the receipt and a date when it would be delivered by email. It was delivered on time with easy to follow instructions how to put the scooter together. Everything is just perfect - so easy and much cheaper to order online and I'll certainly be recommending this company. Well done

Looked at a few Scooter's and decided…

Looked at a few Scooter's and decided on this company, glad I did the service and knowledgeable and Delivery was fantastic.
Ringing up call answered straight away polite and I had query about charging and within no time received an email which answered the question.
Really pleased with the scooter ideal for boot travel and seat is lovely to sit on.
Scooter itself is excellent made and robust with all round suppension cannot fault it
4mph but wouldn't think so for how it goes and up hills not a problem.
I would like to say to all Invamed staff a big thankyou for the polite helpfulness and knowledge.
I Would definitely without doubt recommend this company.
