Hello,
I signed up to see Kevin OLeary in November 2018 to learn about investing. At that time they promoted and sold a three day course at a cost of $1297, this course would teach you the secrets of trading options. The course consisted of 20 total hours over three days. You would think you would have a fair idea of option trading by the end of the course.
The conclusion that I arrived at was that the three day course was used to convince you to upgrade to the $20,000 course. The time was used to play with your emotions, supply a minimum amount of material... just enough to confuse you, and leave you without confidence to make a trade.
I think the software could be useful if the three day course allowed you to interact using the software, thus allowing experience and instructional materials. For the price of $1297, you would be better off taking a legitimate university offered continuing ed investing course, and you would come out with a better understanding of option trading/investing.
My purpose in writing this review is to inform that it was misleading, and in my opinion there was an underlying agenda.

If ever there was a customer service person that went beyond the call of duty to assist then it would have to be SEAN, OMG, he was sensational, calm, patient, and helpful. Normally you would be passed from one agent to another in a never ending circle of frustration, but with Sean, this was NOT the case. HE called the relevant departments, HE made the effort to find the solution, not once, but 3 times, 3 different departments, sure, I was on hold for a while but it was SO worth it. Give this man a pay rise, and a medal, and let him teach all the others just HOW customer service should be performed, he KNOWS how to do it. Thanks Sean, Merry Christmas, I am sure Santa will be kind to you!

Love the part about real estate the field I really want to get in I learned quite a bit I've been trying to study up on it hopefully I'm going to be able to take the class later but it was great the presentation was good well put together your people did a excellent job

Sales scam. Want to the first event and was discouraged by the attitude over asking questions. You guys talk about RISK. Okay..let me take my own risks and offer the tool to me at a subscription cost and allow me to learn as i go. You have that big disclaimer in the beginning of your presentation that this is not a sure thing. Im fine with that. Give me the tool and let me take my own risks instead of trying to box me in with your overpriced educational workshops.

As a retired Naval Senior Chief Petty Officer I was overwhemingly impressed by the presenter and presentaton. Moreover, I am excited to have joined the team and can't wait to take the 3 day course and start investing. As a entreprenuer I look forward to taking my business and knowledge to the next level.

The conference was very energized, the speaker used humor in sharing his life experiences to get the crowd thinking. This conference got me out of my comfort zone to take a risk and try something different.

I was very impressed by both the presenter and the material presented...great experience and our presenter kept the event short as to respect the audiences timelines...i would give it a 10!!! Thank You so very much...looking forward to reading Dean's new book!!!

Couldn’t agree more with the last review. This is a scam. Not the concept their teaching, which the instructor is a professional at and knows what he’s talking about. Let’s make something clear, trading options is not a scam, it can lead to great wealth and if executed properly, can be the best asset you have ever had.. my issue is not with the concepts sold to the “consumers”. My issue is what everyone what sold. The hype, the bs sales tactics (grouping ppl together based on emotional surveys constantly used to gain info about what drives ppl to be able to use it as leverage to sell you a 20,000 k program by leveraging ur emotion. To start, the 1,300 fee to be there is sooooo over priced TD not even funny. On that alone I’m calling bs. I left and I was focused the whole time and I can’t even execute a single trade. The time was spent on emotional minapulation and classic sales tactics. Remember, it’s all down to a science right? The only science here is their ability to manipulate herds of people to get them to sign up for their program. If your considering this. Please. Don’t. They kept saying ur subconscious mind works better and makes the right calls. Well mine felt like I was being scammed from the first time the instructor shot down the first question ever asked. That same person was kicked out of the class and never came back the next day. Here’s the last review and I agree with it 100%. My friend signed up for event with Kevin O'Leary on Nov 20, 2018 speaking seminar and was duped in purchasing the $1,397 3-day workshop from Interactive Trader on the premise that he would get refunded the cost of the workshop after subscribing to their platform. I was invited as a guest and attended hoping there was something I could learn and having about 15 years experience in trading stocks and options, I found the course presentation dismissal, and sometimes rudeness by the instructor, and almost USELESS compared to what one should actually expect to learn for Options Trading... it would be overwhleming for the naive investor and those without knowledge, and in my opinion nothing more than a sales pitch for their $19,997 course sign-up. NOTHING MORE.
Day 1 was a lot of "...we'll teach you that later.." and almost nothing in respect of option learning other than a sample trade without any real teaching being done, and under the premise of don't take notes, don't record the session presentation. There was a workbook, and did not even use it at all for first two days.

Day 2 was a lot more of "...we'll teach you that later..." and a targeted sales pitch to confuse and overwhelm, some cheesy video about mice in a maze to find the cheese for 15 minutes (nothing to do with OPTIONS TRADING)... and lots of further sales pitches on you need to sign up to our $19,997 program in Utah to learn proper options tradings. As well as lots of constant sales tactics to offer and build "wealth" but you only if you are "coached by I.T.". Of the 8 hours on Day 2, I would estimate only 5 bites of knowledge that could have easily been taught in the span of 1 or 2 hours, plus questions (except questions were IMMEDIATELY DISALLOWED by the instructor).
Workbook was provided with basic info on types of option strategies... call and put credit spreads and debit spreads, naked call and put writing, Iron Condor, etc. which can easily be obtained from internet searches on types of option strategies.
Instructor was the same guy as a pitch for buying US real estate (Do a search youtube for Success Resources Australia)

I counted 36 tables x 4 seats = 144 spots (assuming 1,000 for every signup + guest) = so they made $70,000 on the 3-day workshop. and took each two-some to pitch the $19,997 course...
All I can say is WOW... a pretty good exploitation of the naive and beginner OPTION trader!
In my opinion, for a novice option trader and wanted to learn something, I would say value for money was no more than a 1 out of 10. and $1,396 dollars SEVERELY OVERPRICED.

Little bit about me I'm 26 years old two kids I just became a model I'm developing that skill and I'm also just create my fitness line. I work a job for now. The show was great Steve was even better. Great tool I love learning new ways to bring in extra income. Today we need more than one stream of income ( 7 preferably)if we want to live our lives with freedom . Would of gotten in lastnight, but I'm overcoming a cash flow problem at the moment. AIso, thanks for the free book I will definitely read it after I'm finished with "The 50th law" by Robert greene and 50 cent.

Very enlightening. Start changing your language you can and will do it. Find a way !!

It was very enlightening I found the information to be very informative on stock marketing night trading, put contracts, to the call contracts on the go, the software was a success however my money could not digest thank you for the info in the meal God bless.

Very professional. Straight foward and truly care about their clients successes.

It was a very engaging and enlightening experience. I learn a lot from Steve and agreed that this is something that should be taught in schools to the high school kids. Their lives would not be so overwhelmed with student loans if they are taught how to invest their money. Great job Steve. I would say this that I was disappointed that they waited so late to feed us.

The reviews on this board seem to be discussing the bait seminar, not the Interactive Trader. I went to see a presentation by Kevin O'leary at the Calgary Convention Center on November 20th. Instead I got a pitch for Interactive Trader, as the main course. Yes, Kevin showed up at the end and did a little talk. Then he asked for a political contribution after telling us poor folk how he sold his software company for in the range of four billion dollars, as I recall.

I signed up for the course but the reviews on the other sites I read say basically you are paying for the privilege of being upsold to the tune of 14, 20 or 40 thousand dollars, and that the beginner course doesn't contain a whole lot of substance. This sounds a lot like the Trump University Course I signed up for.

The good reviews only seem to show up on Trustpilot so I expect they get their students to post them, after they hype them up with false hopes and visions of grandeur. I'll be cancelling my sign-up within the 10 day rescission period after having read the real reviews.
