I have had a change of heart and when I tried to call for my refund within my 3-day window, I just got an answering machine. the website didn't provide any assistance. I will gladly upgrade my review provided I receive my money back. Thank you!

I contacted customer services over the phone and my question was answered by John who dealt with my enquiry and gave me information regarding my Trading & ISA account which fully answered my concerns.

I've been an trader for the past 5 years. I ended up doing the whole Kevin O'Leary event and was sold on this seminar. Honestly options are quite a different ball game. Unless you're a seasoned trader with alot of experience I wouldn't recommend this course just based on my experience. Now again I'm no saavy wallstreet trader but I did find alot of the material rushed and couple with some up-selling. That being said the people that we worked with were very knowledgable that had many years experience. I personally wish there could have been more designated Q-A time but I understand that there might be too much time taken away from the learning process. I will give some serious credit to their customer service department which handled my concerns flawlessly which was very much appreciated.

At the end of the day I'm glad I did it and now I know but I highly suggest to employ your due diligence before, look up other reviews and decide for yourself.

My husband and I attended this talk by Barbara Cocoran because we watch Shark Tank and thought the talk will be informative and will help us as business owners. He then signed up for this 3-day Stock Market class for $997 hoping we will be taught how to properly do trades. He was also promised to get his money back after he finished 20 trades in their platform where you also have to pay for subscription fee.

So yesterday was the first day of training in a hotel and we were excited only to find out that their main goal was to sell the FULL CLASS for $15,000. That's fine and look legal because you will not be forced to do it and it is voluntary. But what I find unethical is that they make the people APPLY FOR A LOAN with their partner Fundwise.Com right in that session using their laptops.

People went to this training to LEARN how to make money and not be drowned in more debt with their funding company partner. I find it mean to let people loan money and pay interests upfront before they could ever learn how to do the trade. We were turned off by this practice and decided to ask for a refund. I am yet to find to find out if they will really refund us.

It's also disappointing that they use people like Barbara Cocoran, Kevin O'Leary and other businessmen in the SharkTank show to lure people into this marketing trap.

I think this company could practice a better marketing strategy than trying to appeal with people's emotions and trying to brainwash them into using their enthusiasm to learn thru these "workshops". The workshops are essentially a facade in their sales pitch. And I truly feel sorry for people that would actually loan money with exorbitant interest rates with the hopes that what they will learn from the classes will help them pay up their loan.

Do your research before you pay anything.

I signed up for a weekend workshop at an event and I requested specific dates / locations for NYC (as the event was in NJ, but I live in NY) and haven't heard from anyone since.
I've been trying to call and reach a person, but to no avail... been on endless holds that eventually lead to a voicemail.
I'm within the three day return period and I want out. Please contact me right away, so I don't have to report fraud.

I was one of those who paid the $16,000.00 for the advance class. It has been a wast of money. For that kind of money you should have a one on one coach, but no they charge you $8,000.00 to 10,000.00 more for that. They are car sales man. All of the good reviews are from people who haven’t paid the $16,000.00 yet. Once you speak to enough people you will start hearing the pattern. That’s when you realize that their sales people working off of commission. The trainer will lead you to believe that they are doing so well in option trading, so why do they need to do all the extra training for extra money. SCAM. I will give them credit they are good sales people at first. The money back guarantee is all most impossible for someone who is starting out and they know it. You have more potential to loose more money than giving them the $1,00.00. You have to make 20 live trades with real money in 90 days. Most people want have a clue in 90 days.

I required some help with my trading account and Daryll took me through it in a very supportive and mannered way and resolved all my problems.

Very deceiving. They are all gung-ho when theyre trying to upsell you, but other than that seems like all theyre trying to do is upsell the next step. No transparency in terms of the full process. #regrets

This is a scam! I myself work on Wall Street so am embarrassed to say that I fell for this, but because this was endorsed endorsed by Rober Herjavec, Kevin O'Leary, and Jeff Tomasulo I thought the program was credible.
For the course rebate, I followed all the details to the letter and uploaded everything. Months later I still did not receive my rebate and when I called to follow up no one ever returns my call. I have been waiting for a call from Kelly and Shanna who said they seem to have been having problems with their email. I have resubmitted my information as they keep trying to say that some trades were missing but I sent them multiple account statements so either they are highly incompetent or they are running a scam.I even reached out to some of the staff that I met at the workshop only to find out that they don't even work for the company, and are consultants. When I call the number the staff says they will have some one call back and they never do.
Yes, I'm angry that I can't seem to get my rebate, however what is criminal is the scam where at the workshop they are selling the promise of a profitable options trading program to people who have no understanding of these complex instruments and who clearly do not have the money to attend the additional workshops. It is irresponsible of these people to do this and they should not be in business. After 3 days, I passed on the additional sessions which were hugely expensive something like over $20k, but when I looked to see who signed up, it was roughly 70% of the class. It was clear this would pose a financial burden on most of these people and most of them have no experience with markets whatsoever. I cannot be the only one who has had this experience and am thinking of perusing legal action. I would love to hear if others had the same experience.

In November 2018, I attended the a presentation from Kevin O'Leary in Alberta Canada. I had no idea it was put on by Interactive Trader and the focus was actually about learning to trade options.
I found the presentation very captivating and decided to sign up for the 3 day workshop. Yes, there was a very strict sign up time and the cost was $1,300 CAD, but they let you bring another person. So technically 2 people can split the cost. They also allow for a reimbursement of this $1,300 CAD fee if you achieve a few things - completing the online videos and getting a 70% grade on a quiz, placing 20 virtual trades and 20 live trades (can be a combo of stocks and options)

I did experience a bit of buyers remorse because I felt so rushed and then read some reviews that night, so I called them and they were very nice said I could attend 2 days of the 3 workshop and if I didn't find it helpful, I could cancel and get my $1,300 CAD back. I said ok, and went to the 3 day workshop.

The 3 day workshop was intense! I had my suspicions that it was going to be a sales pitch and knew there was a big price tag attached to the advance training. The workshop presenter was very engaging, there was a lot of material to cover, so there was no questions. Occasionally vocal people would yell out questions cause they wanted to get to the answers fast, and the honest truth, is this isn't a "get rich quick scheme" trading options is complex and they try to give you a lot in a short period of time. Yes, there were people frustrated that left and of course this isn't for everyone.

There's an element of "training the mind and coaching" that goes along with the 3 day workshop, which I think works, people have to be in the right state on mind if they want to invest in something like this and follow through. So if they weed people out, it's probably for their own good.

We did have quick meetings with our consultant, ours was a young man who worked with us to see what our goals were and to understand our situation. Initially I expected sales pitch, but he wasn't like that. Maybe we got lucky. The full 3 days were of intense learning and testing our wits, but my partner and I were pumped and took it all in. On the 3rd day, we were told more in-depth about the advance training and the cost. The full package is priced at $20,000 CAD. But our consultant and worked out a plan that met our needs, and then I understood better why the consultant meets with students, it's because they can help you if you really want to learn to trade options. The final cost of an advance training package is for 2 people, so you can split it to minimize the cost.

We signed up for a package for the advance training and opted out of few things for the time being. Another person there mentioned that they did that as well. Our package included a 2 day live trading lab which was extremely helpful and 1 on 1 training on the platform and technical analysis. In between the time following the 3 day workshop and the lab, we watched a lot of the videos online and took the quiz and got prepared. The videos are very helpful and the resource line is fantastic, the customer service is amazing. We also started doing virtual trades. Once at the lab, there was some review of options and then practice on the platform. Sure there are very complex spreads but the directional calls and puts get easier and easier to understand.
After the lab, there was certainly an increase in confidence for many people there. The virtual trades are really helpful to see what you're doing right and wrong and the resource line is extremely helpful.

I do think that this options trading education is quite expensive, it's certainly not for everyone, it can very complex if you don't slow down and dedicate time to learn it. It's true that they say about trading options "one way or another you're going to pay for it." It's either going to be through the expensive education or learning it on your own and making costly mistakes. You don't get the support and knowledge base on Youtube and the internet. These people are very good at what they do and the way the company is ran is very successfully.
I know that it's going to take several months if not a year to make back the money as we begin live trading. But the education is worth it. It really did seemed like a boot camp. Tough in every way, but so applicable and rewarding in the long term.
