I was a member of this company and had a 1 year subscription with a few more months left, and when I recently tried to go to their website, it was gone. I have been looking everywhere to see what happened, but there isn't any information why they disappeared. Too bad I paid for a year subscription.

I signed up in 2019 at a Success Resources America seminar. I was told that if I could not attend the next scheduled training that I should work with customer support to get registered for a course that worked for my schedule. That never happened.

I reached out a few times within the 3 days of payment and was not able to reach anyone who could confirm the schedule so that I could get registered for an event that worked for me.Then covid happened.

I emailed the support email address a few weeks ago and have not heard back from anyone.

I am filing a complaint with the BBB and I notice you do not have an address on file. Your website is active so there is no reason why you have not responded to me.

I'd like a refund so if you are reading this please get back to me so that I can close this out. Or the BBB. It's up to you.

I liked the concept and was interested in Interacive Trader. I paid the $25,000 with full intention to pursue and succeed with trading. I then had a family tragedy within a few months of my purchase/enrollment and was unable to keep up with the work necessary to recover my money. I called and had hoped they would pay off the credit cards used to reimburse me for what I paid for the program. They did reimburse some of the debt, however I had hoped (and still hope) that they would reimburse the entire amount. I believe there was about $11,000 left for me to pay off. I would still like to be reimbursed and would speak at length with a representative as the nature of our family tragedy is very personal and I would not like to share it on this forum. I know this is a company that would like to see people succeed and wouldn't want anyone to put themselves out to come up short. I would hope that someone from IT would honor that motto and help me with a full refund.

I am also inquiring at this time as there are adjacent companies that have been brought to court for questionable marketing and business practices. I have been notified by the FTC that these companies have been brought to court to be held accountable. I am now in regular contact with the FTC. It never sat right with me that Interactive Trader did not give me a full refund. My interaction with IT was between 2017-2018. I felt then that it was an overpriced program especially for online classes. I certainly hope that IT would make this right and stop the practices and marketing strategies that align with the other companies that have been brought to court.

UPDATE:
Not surprised by the IT response to this complaint. Any company that suggests you rack up credit card debt for start up after a 3 day intro weekend will have to answer to a higher authority eventually. After reading at length the court docs and and the issues with the companies marketing and 'credit stacking' strategies I see that Interactive Traders marketing strategies (celebrity backing, up-sales, etc.) run parallel with what was deemed unethical business practices with these other companies. The FTC is taking action. I will not be surprised if Interactive Trader is brought to court as well.

Joel is very good at teaching. His style of presentation is awesome.

I have been working with Interactive Trader for several years and continue to find their service extraordinary. My knowledge regarding trading options and stocks has improved considerably through their workshops and training modules. I have been doing stock trading from 2000 and option trading from 2016. I have attending many trading classes for that time. Interactive Trader provides the best trading training and Joel is the best trading instructor I have ever seen. If you want to learn predictive trading, you should join Joel's classes

So so Bad😡 after they take my money they just left you behind and when I contact them it's like a machine the e mail responded is repeat and repeat ,I contact my bank to block my card scared of they might get a money in my account

Summary: Poor valueDetails: In hindsight, what I should have done and now whole heartily recommend to anyone interested in this craft is for you to SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY on this fancy education package.  Instead watch the free education available on YouTube from likes of optionAlpha and Tastytrade to learn all about the inner-workings of options trading, strategies, and most importantly risk management (btw nobody is paying me to write this review, just wanna share my lesson learned as a heads up) and further supplement your education with trading books which many are available on audible for busy body on the go.  Then jump in, trade often but trade small like around $1 ~ $10 per option contract.  Learn the macro setting and sentiment because they set the overall tone, practice learning the stocks you plan to trade such as its recent price movement (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly price actions) then focus absolutely on trading the chart action, NOT your expectations and definitely NOT your emotion.  There is only one rule, the market's rule.  The trader is the most vulnerable and weakest link of this whole process.  By trading small it'll take a newbie very very long strings of bad trades to blow $15k.  Chances are by the time $5k is lost to the market you would know if this game is for you or not, and you'll have the benefit of being orders of magnitude ahead of any new graduate of this fancy program.  To wrap up, there is no shortcut to consistent successful trading, even after lots of work and lots of practice most will still fail.  Don't believe me? This training was really good. It was interactive and fun to learn. Overall my knowledge increased from clueless to knowledgeable. The instructor was great and did a great job pulling people in. My only negative feedback is that theses sessions were a bit long. It would be nice to have bite size chunks over a longer duration of time. Overall the training was Great and worth the money.

Most of the training was a review for me.. that being said, I did learn some new cool things about the tool. also the view of the overall market and how to read it was good. . 4 hrs was a bit too much for me. Thank you for the help and support. FD.

The courses and materials are excellent....the instructors are high-integrity, highly skilled educators. I am very happy that I followed up on an invitation to check them out.
