What a calamity this organisation is to say the least?

It seems that they have a drastic inability to research my own medical conditions & despite wanting to transfer from another clinic to them so I already have a history of using medical cannabis they deem my conditions a risk & clearly they have ignored any medical information I have freely provided & an apparent inability to communicate with fellow medical professionals.

The dangerous thing that was clear in my case is I was very open & honest about my own medical history which was very well documented & despite this they hold historical events, that happened over 25 years ago, against me & when you question them on this THEY DID NOT LIKE IT!!! It really made me question certain aspects about their ethical practices.

I am now happily switched over to a new clinic & their help & genuine willingness to help has been amazing & very understanding to say the least.

My advice to anyone thinking about joining Integro Clinics / Big Narstie Medical or any other of their sub companies is simple.......................STAY AWAY FROM THEM 100% !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nora has been so thorough and helpful in appointments even when rushed for time, appointments feel like they're pushed too close together but it makes sense with the pricing structure

No one asked me to make this review, and I am one of the most condescending harder please customers out there just look at my previous reviews, but let me tell you you can’t find much fault with this company, the website is a bit glitchy but the actual company provides a service that 2nd to none. This is not my first medical cannabis clinic, but it will be my last. Amazing choice next day delivery. Also very friendly staff. If it keeps up, I’m just going to keep telling you how good they are month after the month. Amazing company.

Just had my 6 month review with Nora Khudairi and want to leave a review.
Nora was kind calm and reassuring, she went into my case and we discussed medications etc. Now normally I have subject avoidance and start to stutter and say words backwards etc but with Nora my brain was calm and I was able to function as if I was speaking to a friend.
Intergro are by far the best in the business , yes they do have the occasional late delivery (mostly royal mails fault tbh) but they make up for it and keep u informed every step of the way.
If there is an issue u will get email before end of day letting u know.
Anyone on the fence about medical cannanbis take this friendly advice, give yourself a shake and get it done.
You don't have to vape it either you can get lozenges,oil,vapes, and flower,
Best menu I've seen usually 170-200 items at anyone time.
5 stars plus a wee extra star for NORA Khudairi as she is top notch at her job.
I will book all my appointments with nora from now on.

One of the worst, most unprofessional, cruel services I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with

I have been a Medical Cannabis user in the United States for fifteen years. This is due to the fact that I have congenital spinal cord damage from a rare birth defect condition. It is extremely painful and does not respond to the only two prescription medications known to medical science to treat nerve pain.

Cannabis allows me to live a relatively normal life and reduces my chronic pain by about 80%. It is truly lifechanging for me. It is precious to me because it allows me to withstand pain that otherwise regularly leaves me in tears and unable to sleep. Without cannabis, when I am able to sleep, the pain will invade my dreams and reduce sleep quality substantially.

I started an international traveller application with Integro a few days after I arrived in the UK, on Tuesday 26 May. I provided them with my US state medical card, documentation showing the card is valid, and a summary of conditions write-up from a GP as well as documentation showing this summary was accepted by my state medical program only a month ago when I renewed my state card with my state cannabis program. I made it clear I was already in the UK and already experiencing chronic pain from lack of medication.

Integro responded after 2 days by claiming I had not given them any documentation. I then provided all documentation again. It was immediately rejected as invalid and I was told that my summary of conditions from a GP was invalid because Integro did not believe the GP is actually a GP.

I responded by again submitting all documentation as well as proof directly from my state's medical board proving beyond all doubt that this GP's license is valid and she is the GP who saw me and wrote up my summary of conditions. Integro then ghosted me.

I have now called three times, Friday 29 May, Monday 1 June and Tuesday 2 June. All three times I was rushed off the phone and told that someone would call me back. On all 3 calls I was given contradictory information. Call 1, the gentleman on the phone stated all my info was present. Call 2, I was told no info was available. Call 3, I was told I had never provided information from my GP and that it was my fault that the application was stalled.

At this point, I am in tears. The pain is severe and ever-present. Integro is demanding more medical documentation and both claiming that the summary of conditions is non-existent and insufficient information, which cannot be possible. I do not understand how more medical documentation will help me, since Integro has chosen to refuse the word of a licensed GP.

Truly, the only terms I can use to describe this clinic are "predatory" and "clown show."

Update: Integro just finally reached out to me. They will not even have an appointment until late July. So they put me through utter hell for a week and they would never even have been able to help me in a timely manner anyway.

For comparison, my highly professional clinic in the states typically has appointments within 2 days and is half the cost. Truly a clown show.

I can only say that Integro appears to be a complete shambles. After needing to chase up multiple times to even get a screening, plus waiting multiple weeks for that, I’ve been left in the dark for 2 months waiting for anybody to get back in touch - and that’s to even find out if I get further in the process, let alone waiting for the appointment after that.

Several times now they’ve replied saying ‘we sent you X on this date’ with the excuse of having the wrong email, even though I made very clear which email they should send things to the first time I got that response. Sometimes the emails appear professional and other times with countless grammatical errors. I have a strong feeling I would have been ‘forgotten’ had I not chased up - and that actually was the case at least once. I’ve been waiting more than 10 weeks in total and still no end in sight - I constantly thought ‘surely they’ll get back to me soon’, and I was repeatedly proven wrong.

Seriously, find a better clinic who is organised and can provide proper customer support. I made an account just to write this review, the experience has been that torturous.

From start to finish the experience was positive, once i had been accepted the one to one appointments are a good way to speak with a professional then moving forward it could not be any easier, Nora was great.

I personally have a bad experience with adnis communication.
I asked to cancel my appointment and got confirmation by email that it's cancelled but Dr called me anyway and he was not aware about this cancellation. I did not like his informal language as well.

Then I got email confirming my rescheduled appointment by email (thought I asked them not to reschedule it until my further notice). I replied I don't want this appointment but I was ignored again and the same"Dr" bothered me again.

I called to their number thinking that the phone communication should be easier but no luck, person on the phone was absolutely unprofessional, could not find me in their system at all. When she finally found me and I repeated myself asking to cancel the appointment, especially with Tahzid Ahsan she wanted to put me on hold as she wants to check out with her senior.

I asked to reply me by email as I have time hanging on the phone but received no further communication with this clinic.

So today Tahzid Ahsan called me again?! Why it so difficult to organise the appointment system and considerate the patients preferences?

The admin work is absolutely unacceptable and it's putting off. Please fix it.

My 6 monthly review video call with Nora was helpful and informative , with lots of useful advice and guidance.She was very patient and reassuring and answered any questions I had .The portal is useful , but the office staff are always ready to help with appointments and prescriptions if I get into difficulty .Very happy to!

The whole team has been nothing but accommodating, sorting any issues ive had there and then and never had any hassle from them, my last appt was with Nora who is a credit to her job and actually listens to what you have to say and helps you with the right medication also.

This is my 2nd time rating this company had my fillow up call with dr Nora again now have a better understanding if terpines and strain type (indica ect ) always a pleasant happy call the ordering system is great after second call i was able pick my own armed with my new knowledge . Also they have now changed the whole game no fees just 4.99 delivery /admin plus the price of your medicine thats it hands down best company and staff . From what I see all doctors are amazing iv only dealt with Nora and she is absolutely a Credit to your company

I’m a happy patient with Integro, I’ve been with them for over 2 years now and I feel even though there has been a few hick ups in the early days, I feel I've definitely made the right choice for my MC journey. Always professional, helpful and friendly service with the best doctors, nurses, patient customer service and IPS pharmacy team. I've always had next day delivery except for one occasion when the MC had to be ordered in. With follow-up consultations now free, and no fee for prescriptions things are going up and up with Integro..
I have to mention Dr Nora whom I had a consultation with last week. So lovely, attentive and thorough. Thank you Nora and thank you Integro team. I feel fortunate and content to be a patient and would definitely recommend 😌
