Liberty is a life changer. I can't thank her enough, she has helped me to make lifestyle changes and how I approach food. These changes are now enhancing my day to day living. Her knowledge and and dedication so solve an issue, the research behind the scenes are commendable . For all the complex health issues that I have Liberty has researched tirelessly and found a way forward for me. This makes living with constant pain so much more bearable. I was never sure in the beginning that Liberty would be the answer, but, she has given me the tools to work with and set challenges beyond what I thought I was capable of. Life is good. Thank you .

Liberty has been supporting me over that last 6 weeks with my goals and has been very encouraging of me through this journey. I contacted Liberty as I was in need of a health coach after some disappointments with doctors… little I knew that with Liberty I wouldn’t just find a health coach… but a life guide!
I feel like she has a superpower to understand people deep inside and truly find the most appropriate approach or remedy by looking at every issue from many different angles.
She is always available even if she is not available and it’s incredible how genuinely she cares about her clients.
I started on January and my program is almost at the end and I am starting to be nervous thinking that soon I will finish our weekly meetings! (even though I have a feeling she will always be there for her clients….)

Having to repost as my original one seemed to disappear. Taster session was terrible. She told me very rudely I had to fix my relationship with my mother. Which was completely inappropriate for her to comment on considering I was there for fertility support. I felt like she was blaming me for my failed experiences. She rolled her eyes a lot on the call when I was telling her how many IVFS I had gone through. Felt very judgemental. She also took a really long time to respond back to me after the taster. Had to chase her numerous times. I felt she also hadn't really read my notes properly as she made recommendation for supplements for PCOS (which I don't have). Im just very wary now of instagrammers. As someone that has gone through fertility struggles for a long time we all want hope. But I think a lot of people take advantage of vulnerable groups of people to make money.

I have been working with Liberty over the last months and she supported me a lot! She worked with me on many layers - nutrition, mental attitude, physical fitness, supplements, meditation, optimal health, reducing toxic load, etc. She brings in great energy, knowledge and thinks in solutions rather than problems. Had a 30 minute taster session with Liberty. She was super friendly, engaging and really informative. She went through so much in the 30 minute, covering everything from diet and the best supplements to use. I would highly recommend her sessions.

I’d been looking for a Fertility coach and stumbled across Liberty on a instagram post. I’ve currently had a few sessions and love the knowledgeable information and kind approach liberty has to my specific needs it’s been amazing. I loved my sessions with Liberty - she was so helpful, kind and very flexible when there were times that I wasn’t well and not able to go on our calls. I have an autoimmune condition and Liberty has helped me to look at all aspects of my life to help manage my symptoms. To me she is as close to god as they come. I saw an interview with Liberty and had one zoom season with her. Integrated what she said in the interview and on the zoom call she went over my vitamins (needed higher
dose and better brand)

My husband and I found ourselves on the IVF journey at the beginning of 2023. After two miscarriages, two failed IVF cycles, and what felt like a limited belief of our chances of becoming parents at the start of our forties by our clinic, we needed to find a whole new outlook on our situation. As I hit an all-time low in October 2023 we found Liberty.
Her ethos, energy and intuitiveness as well as her immense knowledge and research has transformed our, and particularly my, outlook on our future. Initially I expected to be professionally guided through suitable nutrition to help and support fertility in my 40s, I did receive this and so much more. She has encouraged me to look beyond simply thinking about fertility as something scientific and factual and instead look at my body and mind holistically.
Our time spent with Liberty and acting on her advice has been incredibly successful so far. Our approach to how and what we eat hasn’t been drastic but the impact of considering what we eat has had a tremendous effect on our health with many centimetres been lost from our waistlines! I have so much more energy, my digestive system now works normally for the first time in years, I sleep better, my liver function has greatly improved and I am no longer pre diabetic. But my success has been so much bigger than this………. I am finally starting to believe that my body is deserving of conceiving, I now visualise myself being pregnant and having a family with my husband and this is what I was unable to let myself do, this is down to Liberty’s care, support and understanding.
Liberty has given me and my husband the strength to start our next round of IVF with rigour and drive and most importantly……. Belief.
