Avoid avoid.

Avoid avoid.
Try to cancel insurrance after 45 days used,i paid 2 months instaltments from 11, by direct debit.
Cancelation fee on web site is 80 pounds...
I shuld get refund..instead they try to charge another 300 pounds, and refuse to cancel.
Avoid insurd.

Hello,

We’re sorry for the frustration. It looks like there has been a misunderstanding regarding how your final balance was calculated.

While our cancellation fee is £80, the total also includes the "Time on Risk" premium—this is the cost of the 45 days of active cover you received. Because your two installments didn't fully cover both that period of protection and the fee, a remaining balance is required to "square up" and close the account.

We’d be happy to provide a full, line-by-line breakdown of these charges.

Excellent service by Jade

Excellent service by Jade. Found a better policy than the one up for renewal. Clear explanations of the new policy, thorough checking it was right for me and no pressure to buy.

What a joke

Tried to make a claim for my caravan awning filled out online form and a day later got a email telling me to phone. So phoned up give all details of what happened only to receive a phone call from my car insurer saying a third party Insurd was claiming against me for damage to my awning. After about 6 phone call I was told they are a broker and my insurance is with a different company.

So im still waiting to know how and why they put a third party claim in with my car insurance as this has nothing to do with my car insurance.
