When we set out to buy insurance it usually isn't a very pleasant endeavor. But today I met a LADY, an incredible LADY that put me in the mood to buy a new policy every day until I run out of money, or the reaper gets me FIRST...Whatever? Lisa was a perfect joy to talk with and my day was completely made after our conversation! I could go on exclaiming-exclaiming-exclaiming but you know what I mean if you know Lisa Marie, Smart, Beautiful and a closer all rolled up in one lovely package. Okay, you got me...THE BEST and most enjoyable conversation I've had in years!!

Trying to put in place a "transition" policy for one's mother is a challenging task ( at least for me) Dany Ray was patient, understanding, kind, helpful, responsive, did I mention patient. It took us ( my mother and siblings) a while to wrap our heads around this "task", to ask and re-ask questions. Through it all he never acted like we were an inconvenience or "getting on his nerves". He is an amazing human being and a great agent.

You even gave me information I did not even think to ask about. I ended up getting $15,000 in coverage for both my wife and my self. Thank you for being so patient with me. This is one of the best experience I had so far speaking with a specialist/service provider/ and moreso a CEO at that, Mr. Danny Ray. Five stars for him! Customer service was A1. Although it was just a simple application for life insurance for me and my husband, all aspects were clearly explained to me by Mr. Ray, to the details. I put off getting Life Insurance way too long. I answered an ad on Face Book about such insurance. An agent from PinnacleQuote called serveral times, I wasn't ready to hear and be pressured from a salesman. Well, he didn't give up and I'm glad he called one more time. We talked and he gave me more information than I could have thought of. He didn't try to sell me a larger plan. Was no pressure to make a quick decision. I got a plan with lower payments than I thought. I'm well satisfied that my children will not be burden with my final expenses.

This was one of the most honest insurance applications I ever made that I felt I had a truly honest and trustworthy Insurance Agent. He was very patient and explained everything in detail. Also when he said my husband got a discount for having the 2nd Aetna account, it really made my call worthwhile. Mr. Ray was honest enough to let me know my insurance was already the best I could get, therefore not getting a commission on a new policy for himself.

Signing up for the insurance was successful thanks to Lisa Marie. She was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly. However, after a few days MOO was late with getting out the approval, still have not received the hard copy, and after checking numerous times with my bank, they still have not taken out the premium.
