An adjuster was sent out quickly. The adjuster submitted his report quickly. The claim was settled in a timely manner.

The claim process was very easy and responsive. I was concerned that most of my communication was via the preferred contractor representatives, but everything seems to be working out. My adjuster did reach out with the first estimated settlement.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

I had to cancel my home policy due to an extra charge of $235 identified by them as "Endorsed Charge". This charge was added to the total premium of 12 months period policy. THIS IS CALLED "RIP-OFF"

When I canceled the policy, they deducted all that amount from the initial payment instead of a pro-rating charge for the 49 days active policy.

I spoke and emailed them many times and the issue was not resolved! The last person I spoke with does not seem to be competent!!

A complaint with NJDOBI-Division of insurance will be filed by next week if this scammed charge has not been reimbursed.
The holding of this fund is A RIF-OFF AND SCAM!!!

By reading the other reviews, it appears that many other customers had similar issues with this company including refunds.

THEY SHOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Professionalism at it's best!!!

This experience couldn't have gone better! I was kept informed as the process continued. Mr. Joseph Sketic kept me and the roofing contractor well informed. Initial payment was prompt. I have not received the secondary payment yet, but I have received a letter informing me it's on its way. Very happy with Sage Sure.

Professional and fair.

They were very communicative and responsive. The claim was handled professionally and I have no dispute with their valuations as they were fair. I would recommend Sage Sure to any homeowner.

I completely appreciate the ease of communication with the Professional SageSure Team!

I completely appreciate the ease of access when contacting my Insurance Agency, My Insurer and Communicating with My Assigned Adjuster regarding My Claim. I was carefully listened to, the company acted immediately, I was guided properly and professionally through the entire process and given an approximate timeline regarding completion. I highly Recommend SageSure!!!

The experience was great because the people who you count on are worth their weight in gold!

Slow response to questions about my…

Slow response to questions about my claim. I still haven’t heard back about my broken items that weren’t added to my claim payment. The only positive was the assigned adjuster’s speedy response and keeping me up to date as to when he was going to be at my house. He was very professional.

Sagesure is responsive!

I am in the process of working with my Sagesure adjuster on a claim. Although I an a senior and have owned seven homes I have never made a homeowners claim. Recently, an emergency incident occurred causing damage to my home. I called Sagesure to report the claim and received quick response. My Sagesure adjuster has been very informative and responsive in helping me move through the claim steps. I am thankful for the professional quidance and information i am receiving from Sagesure.
