Whenever I needed help the company…

Whenever I needed help the company always helped me, in January it really helped me out they let me make quarterly payments,..couple days ago Joy helped me make bank account change that I could have never figured out on my own, it was very complicated to, going back and forth between different windows, but Joy was very patient and she saved my day!

personal customer service not AI

I called in to customer service and got Hailey on the line. Wow! Hailey knew just how to answer my questions and get me a document that I needed. Personal customer service will win out over AI every time!

Unreliable Company

Agent signed me up with my nickname instead of my legal name. I said during call it needs corrected and they said they would fix on the back end. Big mistake... submitted all the additional documentation they requested to update proof of my legal name. They said they will keep information on file but refuse to correct the policy name so looking elsewhere. I'm not going to trust them when my family needs them

Surprisingly pleasant customer service

I've called into the customer service line several times. I appreciate that you don't have to jump through a lot of hoops to get to a live agent. All the agents I've worked with have been helpful and easy to understand.

Very good term life insurance company never had any issues always reaching out to customers to make sure there’s no updates needed.
