**Title: Do Not Recommend Colonial Penn Life Insurance for Seniors

I am deeply disappointed with Colonial Penn Life Insurance and would not recommend this company to any seniors. My parents had a policy with them for a year, paying $20.00 per month, totaling $240.00. Sadly, my father, Howard Sparks, passed away recently, but unfortunately, before the two-year period required to receive full benefits from the policy.

When I contacted Colonial Penn to process the claim, my mother was informed that the death benefit would only be $114.00. Given the premiums paid and the terms of the policy, this outcome is extremely frustrating. We were led to believe that this insurance would provide significant support, but it has left us feeling misled and undervalued.

It is disheartening to see that what was marketed as a form of financial support for seniors resulted in such a minimal payout. I strongly feel that Colonial Penn needs to review and improve the transparency and fairness of their policies to better serve their customers' needs.

I would advise all seniors to think twice before choosing Colonial Penn for life insurance. Their policies do not seem to deliver the support they promise.
