Outstanding beyond expectation.
I apologise it's been a few weeks, but we would like to say a very BIG THANK YOU to your Customer Service Driver who Delivered our order for the Plasterboard.
We originally ordered 2.4m Boards, but you only had 2.7m so they Kindly sent them to us at no extra charge.
The Customer Service was extremely polite and helpful in trying to accommodate the urgency of my delivery and fluctuating availability.
Our Road is very difficult to navigate in anything much bigger than a Large Van really. So when your Driver phoned and said he was arriving.....on the Fork Lift - because he had to park the Lorry many streets away, we were already impressed.
I am sure many other drivers or Companies would have said 'NO ACCESS,' But we think your Driver went Well Above and Beyond what would have been reasonably expected to carry out the final delivery of the materials to our driveway
Please pass on our gratitude to him and your company and thank you for an excellent service at the most competitive price.

A few boards were damaged.the silver foil was torn. Not a massive problem but it breaks the seal on the insulation.

An automated order confirmation would always state billing and shipping address as soon as order is completed and paid. Delivery postcode would also be included upon delivery date confirmation.
