Good service delivery driver was great, called before ordering and got told what I wanted couldn't be delivered the next day and would be 3-4 working days, 0700 the next day got a call from the delivery driver, he was outside waiting to deliver, normally its the other way around, over promise under deliver, these guys were the opposite, all products arrived as ordered

I would have given 5 stars, but the delivery was a concern. I tried to track the package on Monday, and saw tracking wasn’t available until Tuesday, so naturally I thought the earliest delivery would be Wednesday. My daughter called me on Tuesday morning to say delivery had just been made!

Very good price. Very quick delivery, kept me updated. The one fly in the ointment was that a couple of items were not available and I was only informed of this after I had paid. A refund appeared the next for the out of stock items, but it would be better if unavailable items were flagged before they took my payment.

Quite literally trawled through insulation and builders merchants sites for days looking for the cheapest PIR insulation in various sizes.

This company had everything I wanted in stock and was very quickly delivered (around 48 hours after ordering). The prices were also very competitive.

Was a bonus they were local to me, but I'm sure national delivery would be equally fast.

I'm not knocking anything off the rating, but I was needed to help unload the insulation, by hand. Being a DIYer I don't buy this stuff all the time so just something to be aware of.
