I have been dealing with Installsure since they took over Safestyle UK who went into liquidation.
I had an issue with a leaking window, installed by Safestyle.
I have been dealing with Vinitha who has been very helpful and has dealt with the issue (which has been outstanding since December 2022) with courtesy. A settlement is now in the process of being made.

I purchased a product from Safestyle, and it included an insurance policy provided by Installsure. Unfortunately, Safestyle ceased operations, leaving me to rely on Installsure for a claim.
Despite providing all necessary documentation, my claim was denied based on a technicality within the policy's terms and conditions. The customer service experience was slow and unhelpful, and the denial letter provided little explanation or clarity.
Furthermore, Installsure directed me to contact specific engineers for quotes. Despite following their instructions and obtaining a quote, they seemed dissatisfied with the cost and sent another company to provide a lower estimate.
I urge potential customers to carefully review the terms and conditions of Installsure's policies to fully understand the limitations and potential exclusions.

Like other reviewers I have had problems with Everest-an expensive conservatory which needs expensive repairs. I have been give the run around by Installsure for the last 12 months during which time the condition of our conservatory roof has steadily declined . Everest seem to adopt the ‘change the name of the company’ route of corporate responsibility and Installsure supposedly stand behind their guarantees. Except Installsure adopt the ‘sue us if you have the time and money’ route to deflect claims.

Had two double glazing doors installed by Everest which turned out to be Everest 2020 and was never told. They went out of business and never told. Door hinge has developed a small fault so called Everest to be told not their problem and call installsure as they’ve taken over the guarantee: installsure have refused to honour the guarantee and are a disgusting company don’t trust them. Cannot call them and only email just refusing unless I give more info and when you do they still refuse. They have all the installation details and are liable. Scumbag con artist company don’t trust and don’t use them.

Phone call answered quickly. Clear what information was required. Communication maintained throughout. It would have been 5 stars had the payment run not been missed but this was quickly resolved.

If I could have given less than 1 star I would. This company must be avoided at all cost. They are a bunch of weasels who use every possible excuse and delaying tactic to avoid paying legitimate claims. Absolutely disgraceful 😡😡😡

Although a protracted experience due to the number of claims they are dealing with, the whole process was painless, straightforward and conducted in an amiable atmosphere.

Claim went through easily once the process had begun. However, took ages to get a response to initial contact. Just a waiting game.

Yeah not surprised the reviews are so diabolical as these guys are a complete joke. It was clear from day one they will try every trick in the book to avoid paying out. They put forward so many unnecessary hurdles - I sent an email, spoke to them on the phone, filled out a five-page form, sent various pics of different policy documents, was asked to get two quotes even though their own literature said one, then I was told 6-8 weeks for a decision, was quoted loads of small print - etc etc. The list goes on. Everything is designed to put you off from claiming. As a nice Brucie Bonus they also accidentally sent me another person's claim form, which surprise surprise they rejected so that was really strong from a GDPR point of view. Basically they are just trying to profit off other people's misfortune - both Everest and the customers. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with - shame I can't give 0 stars
EDIT AFTER INSTALLSURE REPLY:-
You aren't sorry to hear about the challenges I've faced - you and I both know you deliberately make the whole process as painful as possible to stop people from claiming. If you'd have read my review properly you'd see that my issue is nothing to do with who is/isn't eligible, it's the ridiculous amount of hurdles you place in front of everyone - eligible or not - to try and prevent them from making a claim. You have zero respect for people's time and actively try to make the whole process as disorganised and unhelpful as possible to prevent any claims. No I will not approach you to discuss the other policy holder's form you accidentally sent me. Do your job for once. You are welcome to approach me if you like but be warned: I will try my best to waste as much of your time as you wasted of mine. Just added another very to the title of my review - hopefully that's clear now
