The two gentlemen who came today were very respectful, competent and went above and beyond to do a first class job. Exceptionally helpful and I am delighted with the result.

Allan turned up on time and had to wait to gain access but he showed no issue with having to wait which I really appreciated. During the job he showed me the process and the problem and had to work really hard to access the pipe again, showing no problem with this. The finish was left perfect.

Bill and Ben are welcome any time, top chaps and very nice to have them here.

Allan was very polite, turned up on time, explained what he needed to do and then did it - well.

Phill and Craig were both courteous and polite, they worked efficiently and quickly and ensured that everything was left clean and tidy.

So far, I have received a letter from Innovation through a company called Environmental Services, that was sent to an address of another house in the same street, regarding a matter. The letter was posted on 01.05.26. It took 9+ days to get the letter to me, which had an incorrect address. A kind neighbour knocked on a number of doors to identify the house and eventually passed the letter to me. What basic, shoddy work on your part.
Also please change your standard response when other customers are unhappy with the experience of dealing with Innovation Group and Environment Services. It's an awful way to manage people who are trying to resolve an important matter.

Allan and James did a great job replacing our rest bend for the SVP. Minimum of mess and great job patching the concrete they had to escavate to access the old pipework.

Ben and bill were great. Fast and efficient, friendly, and good communicators

My Wife & I were very impressed by the Team from the Innovation Group. They found and fixed the leak in our water main within the day. But what was most impressive was how neat the work was and how excellent the clearing up afterwards. Despite them trenching down some 1.5 metres through sodden earth and muck. Once they had finished you would barely notice they had been. Excellent

Danny & Jason are great and offer a very professional service

Allan and James repaired/replaced our damaged outside drainage pipes on 6th and 7th May '26. They were on time, very tidy, and willing to explain each step of the process. They resolved one or two unexpected issues expertly and left the area tidier than it was before they started.

Charlie and Chris were brilliant! They arrived with a smile, could laugh and joke to put me and ease and above all were tidy!!! My grandma rang me after to tell me how great they were and asked to put this review as they deserve all the recognition they can get. 10/10 thank you.

Both Declan & Brendan arrived on time and set about their task immediately. They were courteous and very tidy in their work.
On completion you would not know they had been. Excellent work and good service.

The Innovation underground team were excellent. Kim and Ronnie knew exactly what was required, worked to install a new soakaway and pipework. They were friendly and thoroughly professional.

The 2 chaps turned up and were really friendly, helpful, tidy and explained well what was going to happen. I have been so anxious about this issue but they were great. They moved the garden furniture and pots out of the way for me, they put everything back and tidied up after. Really good. Please thank them again.

Danny and Jason arrived on time, explained exactly what they were doing and left our patio neater then when they arrived. Very pleased with their work.

Today we had two gentlemen, Danny and Jason from Innovation Group do a job at the back of our house to investigate subsidence in our conservatory. They arrived at exactly 8am as promised and wasted no time in getting to work. Before they behave the job they explained exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. True to their word, they finished in just over the hour and the patio was left better than they found it, regrouted, clean and tidy. These two gentlemen work fast and efficiently, were incredibly polite and professional. Excellent work.

Liam and Charlie were superb. They fixed my damaged pipe after 4 days of intense work. They were polite, knowledgeable and very professional. They provided regular updates and explained the process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them for future jobs.

Danny and Jason came to my property to take soil samples they were thoroughly professional and did a great job.

Chris and Charlie were on time and carried out the work to resolve the leak. Chris was very helpful and explained how this work would be done. They worked hard to find the leak and then eliminate that point of leakage, with the least possible disruption. Both very professional and fine ambassadors for your company.
