It took me a little time to figure out the parts I needed but once confirmed, placing the order was easy and the parts arrived in a few days. I called to get the nozzle size of the jets but wasn't able to get that confirmed. Would now like to order an additional nozzle but can't justify the $29.95 delivery charge based on the cost of the part. A lower cost mail service to Canada would be great. Overall a good experience.

They had the parts I needed at a good price, but what impressed me the most was the communication during the process of getting my order filled. The color of the parts I ordered was not readily available (many other companies wouldn't even order them for me), but InFloorPoolParts ordered them and then called each week to give me an update on my order status.

They always have the parts you need, at reasonable prices. If you live in the Phoenix area, you can conveniently pick up the parts directly at the store. I have never had an issue with infloorparts.com.

I bought a part for my in PC2000. Initially, I ordered it online. The credit card information was not collected correctly, resulting in a delay in delivery, but I was able to go directly to the store, where the part was ready, and where they promptly credited my delivery fees. I'd use them again without hesitation.

In Australia we can't get spare parts or service like this company provides.
Firstly I can buy just the parts I want, not a kit with a lot of unwanted extra bits and pieces.
Secondly, the cost (including $55.00 freight) is less than 50% of the cost in Aust. plus an acknowledgement email is received within a few hours of placing an order.
Thirdly, a follow up email is sent the next day to give me a web link to the delivery company to track the progress of my order.
And to cap the whole process off, my order is delivered to my door in less than five(5) working days !
