Great service and the staff is very knowledgeable
Ordering was done online and because I live in AZ I was able to go to the store to pick up the parts. I immediately noticed the part looked different but the staff explained that this was an upgrade to the old design and actually had more flexibility than the old part.
They are a great company to deal with.

Rubber band broken
Although rubber band was broken on shipment and parts went all over the place. I received very quickly help from InFloorPoolParts and was able to change my faulty mechanism on diffaclean!

Very Knowledgable and Prompt Service
Ordered a replacement valve and after installation, the valve did not sequence correctly. I contacted In Floor Pool Parts and they were very helpful and got the defective parts of the valve replaced and shipped the next day. Parts arrived in 2 days and were installed to fix the problem.

Quick delivery, decent price, product as specified... Not much more to say. I knew what I needed, they had it in stock at the best price I could find and it got to me quicker than I expected which was good because my old gasket went bad and was leaking like a sieve.
