May be you can help me nevertheless: I have issues with some of my cleaning heads; some are not going down or up properly, and as a result not turning regularilly; they have 12 years; it is quite difficult taking them out when swimming pool is full of water; some teeths in the head seem to be hurted; should I change them? The prices I saw on your site is very high! Is it possible to get a price with 5 cleaning heads?

The color of the items that I received do not match even closely with what I expected.
The in pool jets were received very quickly. However, the color was not what I expected.

Was having major dramas with my pool and in one email asking for ideas and suggestions as to what might be my problem INfloor Pool parts had responded within 12 hrs. Absolutely amazing as they are an American company and even in AUstralia it can take up to 2 days for local companies to reply. I had more questions and price checks with invoices once I had made my purchase and once again this was followed up with replies immediately answering my questions and soothing my stress.
The product knowledge given to me was outstanding and very easy to understand.
I have been buying parts from In Floor Pool Parts since I installed my In Floor cleaning system 9 years ago now and I have never had any problems or delays with anything I have ever ordered. Delivery of products has always been on time as promised. I would definitely recommend them to all family and friends.
