Took out a 1 year subscription. Eight months in, unable to access the service. Contact regarding such problems is by email only. i simply fail to reply despite repeated contact.
I strongly advise non entry into any financial commitment with this company. I have written off the money and the publication

Sign up for the digital version at your peril. Customer service is via email only - you'll get an automated reply and then ....nothing. I'm unable to access it on my phone properly and do not get the promised service on my tablet only. Have asked for refund within a month after 3 unanswered emails to see if they can help. website is actually misleading - links to T&Cs take you something else so you have no idea of how to cancel, rights, etc. Rubbish service.

Hopelessly biased
The 'inews' reports on world news, sports and business are excellent and, with the puzzles, well worth the price of the newspaper. However, this is all spoilt by its UK reporting, editorials and regular columnists which are relentlessly biased against Brexit, Boris and the Conservatives with no attempt to allow for any alternative viewpoints. Even the letters to the editor (misleadingly entitled “Your View”) are selected from a stable of regulars who support the editorial line and show a sycophantic appreciation of the columnists. It gets too predictable and boring.

Nothing more than a 'rag'. Could not even spell a company's name correctly and blatantly lied saying that the company had 'refused to comment' on a story when in fact full and factual comment had been given. Shame on you for not presenting the facts and instead trying to sensationalise something.
