I recently bought the Okunai fuse box cover in grey from here and it exceeded my expectations. The shopping process was smooth, the website was easy to use and lots to browse through. My Item came the next day and was really well packaged.

I was starting a project in my garden and felt that I wanted some raised flowerbeds. After speaking with someone on the phone (Sorry forgot their name) I was able to talk through everything that would be required to make a raised flower bed that would last me. With next day delivery also, I was able to begin my project straight away! Fantastic service and great customer support! Would highly Recommend.

We love our Bellamy planters. We have had them in the back garden for a couple of years. They both look beautifully rusted and the plants love the space and lack of base. We just bought them for the front garden, and are enjoying seeing them starting to rust. Sculptural and elegant.

Very pleased with the galvanised chicken feeder. Great to find an alternative to plastic, good design and made in Britain. Arrived flatpack, easy to put together, especially with the helpful video. Bantams love it!

Ordered a couple of chicken feeders and they arrived the next day which is great. However the best thing is the actual products. Put together using only a small hammer, good quality and very cleverly designed. It arrives flat packed which is very handy as they can fit through the letter box. Being flat packed saves on postage and overall price. Usually galvanised feeders are around £40. I got these for £36 for the pair.
Really happy.

Shockingly bad experience! The shop is run by someone extremely rude. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They refuse to give refunds by lying and saying that I do not receive emails from them and it’s my problem. Stay away!!!!

Ordered a Volcann Log Store which arrived next working day - the item was exactly as described, very well made and made a huge difference to our Burner hearth - I am delighted with the purchase. The goods were also exceptionally well packed in a very strong outer cardboard carton and had sturdy cardboard corner protectors inside helping minimise the risk of transit damage by careless couriers.
They would seriously improve customer experience if they answered the phone (it just rings) and also fixed the bug that says "you don't have access" when you try and log into a support ticket from the support email reply

Very bad experience, their customer service is shocking! If an item is faulty they take no responsibility. I would avoid purchasing from this company at all costs!!

Ordered an in stock Pergola bracket set with next day delivery at 7am Thursday, it’s now Saturday and it hasn’t even been passed to the courier (DPD).

I chased Friday afternoon as the tracking details said the package wasn’t with the courier yet.

Customer Services said they’d phone me back in 5 minutes, they didn’t.
I had to phone back an hour later, to which they said the item had to be powder coated hence the delay.

I asked whether they could ensure delivery on Saturday as I’d purchased it so I could work on it over the weekend - they said they would try their end but can’t guarantee. They wouldn’t/couldn’t change to a guaranteed Saturday Service, presumably because it still hadn’t been dispatched by 1530 on a Friday…

I spoke to DPD who said they’d deliver on Saturday if they had capacity, provided they got the package Friday.

It’s now Saturday. IndoorOutdoors still haven't dispatched the package to DPD.
Therefore I think it’s safe to assume it won’t be here until next week sometime.

The advertised ‘In Stock’ and ‘Next Day Delivery’ are not particularly accurate, it would seem.

I really do like a lot of the products this company offers, especially the sleeper brackets and other fixtures for outdoor work. The ideas are great and prices quite acceptable. However, the advertising emails are too frequent. I mean, one a day isn't necessary and it's been more than that on occasion. You can't update your preferences to limit what emails you get. So you're option is to opt out altogether, or get your inbox filled with advertising every day. Simple solution for you would be to send a genuine newsletter by email once a week. Otherwise, no complaints.

I ordered one of them Volcann incinerators. It turned up the next day. Made in the UK Ive been burning tree cuttings all day. Great price of kit. Ive seen the bad reviews, however mine was a good service. If something is broken give people a chance to fix it, it wont happen like yesterday, so relax a bit.

Absolutely brilliant customer service! Ordered a Volcann bbq which unfortunately had been damaged during transit. I contacted the company immediately including photos of the damage. I received a prompt apology and provided with a prepaid label to return the damaged bbq and received a new one in perfect condition 2 days later. I always believe the sign of a great company is how they perform when things go wrong. Thank you Adam in customer services.

Received damaged item and returned for replacement. Was told that there would be a wait as a replacement would need to be made, which wasn't a problem. The sellers site gives a 7 day turnaround time for the item, it's been almost 7 weeks since I first reported the issue. I've tried contacting the seller numerous times but no reply/answer so have had to escalate with PayPal. If you do decide to use this company, protect yourself and use PayPal, a credit card etc. It's such a shame as they appear to have a really good range of British made products but let down by their complete lack of customer service.

Problem with my order resolved fairly swiftly and in a very positive manner. Thank you Paul for keeping me up to date throughput the process. Thats all one can ask. All the best and would definitely use again.

Missing parts but contacted and got resolution - great product super fast delivery

I have to admit I was wary of this company as I could not get through to them to change an order I had with them ... but out of the blue they called me and handled everything (really helpful) ... my faith has been restored

I never write reviews but had to for this company. Delivery stated 2-3 days but was within 1 working day of placing the order. Returns process easy as I ordered the wrong item. Great quality items. Excellent value. Fantastic company to shop with.

I have bought loads from these folks. Their sleeper brackets and their pergola brackets are all excellent, work exactly as I would hope, and are extremely practical. I've tried and tested almost all their sleeper brackets and I can assure you they definitely work as you would hope. Everything I have ordered has arrived promptly.

I have only made one purchase from this company, on payment I selected same day dispatch and paid the extra shipping costs. I needed the items quickly as part of a small project I'm undertaking. It is now day 4 and still no delivery.

Either the item wasn't dispatched same day or the courier let them down, either way I have been left dissatisfied.

UPDATE***

I was called by a rep for the company who explained that same day dispatch only applies before 12pm and not on weekends, which is fair enough however it's not clear on their website that this is the case so i do stand by my original review, however that said I am impressed with the fact that the clearly take customer service seriously and I'm sure they will make shipping options more clear in the future hence the improvement I've made to the star rating.
