The indigo lune team was very helpful in locating my package. Once it became obvious that the package was missing, Jake, Paris, and Holly were quick on their feet to replace my order. Thank you guys for everything!

I purchased 2 custom rings and throughout the whole process I was getting updates on the status. I appreciated that I didn't have to email for status updates and that it's apart of their system! I recently had to reach out to customer support due to an issue with my ring and they quickly responded and had the matter resolved within the next 2 days. Very helpful and attentive to the matter.

DO NOT BUY FROM INDIGO LUNE. It took over a month to ship out and the sizing is completely wrong. I reached out to them about it and they would not offer a refund or do anything about it. They advised me to go to a local jewelry shop and resize it and pay for the resizing fee myself. I bought two rings that were the same size and one was smaller than the other. Horrible experience.

I bought a few rings and loved them! Sadly on one of them a stone fell out. I reached out to the support and it was the easiest process I ever experienced in that Kinde of regard. The lovely Holly took care of my problem, she reached back out the next day and immediately gave me options to resolve my issue. I got a replacement and they even shipped it out the same day!
I am beyond pleased with the customer support and the hohl process!!!!

I ordered two custom rings off their ads I saw on Tik Tok and was very excited to get them! I ordered them to commemorate my son being born in January this year. A little “push present” for myself. When they came in they were beautiful and well crafted, but the color of the garnet stones were slightly off. When I reached out to customer service they were wonderful and helped me get the correct stones and I love the rings even more now!

The rings I ordered came out beautifully. My bestie just loves the ring that was made for her. This company has great communication with customers. When I needed something corrected, they were on it right away. Will be ordering from them again.
