I recently bought an Independence Brothers leather jacket and I love it! This is the first leather jacket I've owned and having custom fit is awesome. It feels comfortable, looks good, and is surprisingly affordable for being tailored to you. The jacket takes a while to get to you after you order, but that's understandable considering that they only start putting it together after they get your measurements.

The company worked with me personally through email to make sure the measurements were right before getting started. Their representative even caught a mistake I made in sending them in, saving me from getting the sizing wrong.

I would buy a jacket from them again.

No idea how I found their website. I didn't realize the jackets were custom made until I'd picked one out. For the price I was assuming off-the-rack.

Because it's custom made, it took about 6 weeks to get the coat. Totally worth it for me, but I guess that could be an issue for some.

Jacket fits better than any I've owned before, that was the first thing I noticed. The leather is surprisingly heavy, and it's comfortable in 26 degrees (coldest I've tried yet), guessing it would be good down to the mid/low teens.

Anyway, highly recommended if you don't mind waiting.

Cafe racer, calfskin, whiskey brown. I love my jacket from independent brothers, it is really comfortable, moves with my body is made very well and fits me better than anything I've ever owned. They do need more liner options though, and the whiskey color is a little bit unnatural- I was expecting to see the leather like you would on a boot.....but it looks good and I feel like a boss in it.

To put it plainly, Independence Brothers is the best value you can find for a custom leather jacket. I ordered my jacket in April and received it in July, and the product was WELL worth the wait. The jacket is the BEST fitting jacket I have ever worn and with the addition of it being made with my specifications in mind, it’s perfect.

The only issue I had was that the brown quilted lining was only available on the “create your own” jacket customizer, and not on the individual Double Rider customizer. I shot Scott an email and asked if he could replace the black quilted lining I had to choose with the brown and it came perfect! Overall a great experience from beginning to end.

P.S. Get the Whiskey Brown!

This is the second jacket I've ordered from Independence Brothers. As soon as I got the first jacket, I knew I wanted a second and I won't lie, I may purchase a third shortly. They are both excellent quality jackets, the measurements are accurate as I provided them, and most importantly they look and feel good!

This is a great business, with outstanding customer service that specializes on high-quality, made-to-measure leather jackets. They are very quick to answer any questions or concerns, usually responding within 24 hours. Everything went smoothly and followed the timelines given when placing the order.

There was one issue with my order. I ordered The Moto jacket with shearling leather. However, when I received it, it was not shearling. Scott replied promptly and apologized for the mix-up and offered to have me return the jacket and have the correct one made and sent out. I was so happy with the obe that he sent, that I decided to keep it, so he refunded the difference, as well as providing me with 2 coupons that totaled an addition $75. I honestly can't say enough great things about this man and the business. You will not be disappointed with the product. I wear the jacket, which has a black rayon lining, almost every day.

These guys make amazing leather jackets! The fit is perfect and the quality is great. I have every intention of ordering other style jackets from them in the future. Custom fit jackets are the way to go!

As much as we are facing challenges, I cannot hide how much more my confidence is during these moments Via the beautiful custom made jacket that Independence Brothers and I have created. I feel like wherever I go I am with my team. Independence Brothers I cannot thank you enough!

I ordered my jacket at the end of September and got it early December. While the wait was long, the product was definitely worth it. The measurement guide they provided was very accurate, and the material quality and overall design of the jacket were great. I'm conflicted about one thing, however: I don't know if this will be the last jacket I ever buy (because of the quality) or if I want to order another from Independence Brothers (also because of the quality). The only real complaint i had was in the previewer on the customizer app. It would have been nice to see an unzipped version of the jacket, but this is far from a deal breaker.

I couldn’t have asked for a better fitting leather jacket. I’m a really small Asian guy. After countless years of attempting to purchase an off the rack jacket, I decided to do a quick research online and found Independence Bros. Scott really helped me through the entire process and made sure the measurements I submitted were correct. We went through about 3 different measurements. I’m glad he triple checked my measurements because it wouldn’t have turned out to be the perfect jacket otherwise. I would personally love to see Independence Bros grow big and join the ranks of Made to Measure companies such as Indochino.
