Very reliable and professional.
My experience with Impra Charge was very smooth and pleasant. It was very straightforward and easy from sending them the photos to speaking to Matt to installing my PodPoint. Matt is highly experienced and knows exactly what he is talking about. After speaking with him, I felt confident that his company was the right company to do the job. If I could give them more stars, I would give them ten stars! When Matt says he will do something, I trust him 100%. James the installer was great, very professional and explained everything patiently. The quality of work was top notch with no nasty surprises and no corners were cut unlike with some other electricians I've used in the past. I would definitely recommend Impra Charge. I will use them again for my rental property. I'm a bit OCD so for me to give such a good review really says something.

Outstanding service from Matt from the very first contact, I was provided a set price which was very competitive for my ev charger installation and agreed a date. It was so refreshing for him to turn up exactly when he said he would, on the dot which is so rare nowadays. The installation was completed efficiently and I am really pleased with the charger. Matt is a great guy who I would definitely recommend, all the best to you and your business.

Electric car charging point fitting
Matt was speedy unobtrusive and very professional. He answered all questions very quickly and always using language appropriate to a non-pro.
When connecting the Podpoint He quickly realised that he could do it a lot quicker and asked to use my phone. His manner was excellent and did not make me feel any the worse.

Excellent professional service
Matt did a inspection prior to fitting a EV charger. Every thing was okay, but he would have to fit an additional fuse box,and a back plate for it to fit on. This was no problem. He clearly explained what he was doing, and how to use the charger. He even down loaded the app for me and showed me how to use it. Plus gave me advice on what other apps would be helpful. He did a very neat job and cleaned up afterwards.
