I am very happy with the services provided and professional installation. I was recommended by a work colleague who also used Impra Charge. I admit it was a bit of a minefield as with not having an EV before.

But Impra did make it very easy and found me a suitable charger complete with installation. Very pleased and will recommend.

Wouldn't bother if you want to deal with human beings, seem to only function online. Phoned three times, cut off first time, phoned again and asked for someone to call me, never did. Phoned again and was assured they'd call me, never did. Gave up. Won't re-engage.

Impra Charge provided exceptional service from the initial quotation to the installation. I requested a quote for the supply and installation of a Tesla Wall Connector, and their price was very competitive. The installation appointment was organized smoothly and completed quickly after my acceptance. On the installation day, the technician was polite and courteous, and everything was installed to a high standard.

Once agreed all matters progressed at pace and efficiently. Period between first quote and final requirement was a little disjointed. Possible due to Project manager on leave.
