Very impressed and surprised
Very impressed and surprised. This was the only way to place an order for a hard to find & ship item, and the constant updates and communication made it smooth sailing. Didn't mind the extended wait and package was delivered within the 10 - 20 business days as stipulated. Will use again.

We do apologize, you are correct - this shipment got caught up with logistics issue due to the war, many of the usual routes from the USA to SA through the middle east resulted in the world having to find new routes with massive delays.
We always try to get items to customers as quickly as possible, and we do apologize for the unexpected delays.
