Great site for unique items
Except for the initial frustration and confusion by receiving automated message "order was delivered" in error, they have revised the order status, and I should be receiving my order in the next few days. I enjoy the site tremendously, and I will continue to support them.

wrong item received no return no refund after 7 days
wrong item received complained however I only notice way AFTER 7 days when i tried to install it. hence their return policy it no longer valid. So now need to buy the expensive item again from them or somewhere else and hope this time the correct item arrives. FYI it was order id 232606879325. They were not willing to budge. $$$ gone. Immediately double check everything

We would like to clarify that our support window for delivered items is 7 days from the date of delivery. While we do, wherever possible, make every effort to assist customers even when an issue is reported a few days beyond this support window, in this particular case, the order was delivered on July 28, whereas the concern was reported on August 22. By that time, the applicable support window had already been closed for a considerable period, and the seller's support window had also expired.
We truly understand your concerns and regret that we were unable to provide the resolution you were hoping for in this instance. We appreciate you sharing your experience, and we will certainly take your feedback into consideration as we continue working to improve our customer experience.

I bought Huckberry Flint & Tinder blazer at Ubuy. My request for a return was rejected at first but later I received an apology message willing to resolve the matter without placing any burden on me. I really appreciate their resolution. The blazer was collected yesterday by DHL couriers on behalf of Ubuy. They can only do a refund and not offer a bigger size as i expected, but i am fine with that too. I will just do another order later for a bigger size. I have been a client for Ubuy for more than 10 years. The company is legit and they sell quality stuff.

Wildly dishonest delivery times
I would recommend that you not order from this site.
I needed a product urgently so I ordered it from Ubuy. The product was significantly more expensive than on Amazon, but Ubuy's estimated delivery time with Express shipping was about a week which was less than Amazon's so I ordered it from them. Today is when the product should have arrived and DHL estimates it will take another week before any customs delays.
Just to be, this wasn't because of a delay at customs. The product left the office on the day it was supposed to arrive - the delay is entirely on Ubuy's side.
There's nothing wrong with a product taking a long time to deliver as long as that's advertised honestly so you can make an informed decision between providers. The problem is Ubuy knew my location, how long it typically takes to ship items and how long DHL typically takes to deliver. They just lied to get me to buy from them. I've never ordered from an e-commerce site whose actual delivery times are double what they estimate so I believed them.

And no one bothered to reach out from ubuy. We have not had any conclusion or real feedback regarding this issue. We ordered a R5800 item, a R575 item was delivered. Customs and delivery was almost R5000 aswell. And NO ONE even acknowledge the issue.
24 February 2026 - ubuy is not assisting us….sending e-mails every 3rd day, not answering questions. Still waiting on when the correct item we ordered will be delivered, have not picked-up the incorrect delivery as their paperwork is incorrect.
Do not buy from them, there is NO customer support /care….

And we are still waiting for ubuy to update their paperwork, collect the wrong item and deliver the correct item.
