I have a server through them, when it went down, their COO spent 2 and 1/2 hours trying to diagnose and get my server back up and running. I put in my ticket a half hour before he started, so their customer service is absolutely amazing. The fact that I had to wait 3 hours for things to be resolved, from the moment I put my ticket in, is absolutely amazing. The fact that they got back in touch with me within a half hour of me putting my ticket in and then spent 2 and 1/2 hours trying to get it working. They finally did get it working and I appreciate everything they have done. Their servers run smoothly, their prices are great and their community that they have built around them is absolutely welcoming.

They were incredibly easy to work with, responded super fast to my ticket and joined a discord voice chat and walked me through step by step on how to operate things!!!!

The servers are high quality for a decent price compared to some of the rival companies. If you need help the staff are supportive and quick to respond unlike other companies. Really good at helping and solving problems fast at working and efficient and very kind. What really sold me on Imperium was Veteran Owned and Operated. I had family who have been in the military and happy to support a veteran owned company.

The service is on point! Quick help, and was able to help me get two servers up and running (soon to be a third once I decide which game to host on it), which was great cause I'm new in general to having dedicated servers, so that made it a very stress-free setup with the Gamemaster servers!!

Hosting is clear and the best on this world.

what can i say about imperium hosting?
1. The servers are high quality for a decent price some of the rival companies prices for the same as imperium are hosting are marked way too high compared
and 2.If you need help the staff are supportive unlike other companies i have seen their staff have been amazing towards the community not just towards me.

I wont lie, I'm a complete newbie when it comes to this kind of stuff. Imperium Hosting was very helpful and patient with me and provided me with a great experience! VERY responsive, and I mean within seconds. I'm very glad I stumbled upon them, I got exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend

If I’m being honest, I would need more characters than I’m probably allowed to type - I mean, if there’s a limitation. They’re awesome, you can have a laugh with them in their Discord, but still take you seriously, even if you feel like you’re being a total pain in the ass (like me, sometime) and respond as soon as they can, though I never had to wait longer than a few hours (unlike some other companies). They’re doing their best to help you out (unlike other companies who’d refer to ask their “community” if they can’t get it figured out). So, if you’re looking for a “family” instead of a hosting or game sever provider, then I’d highly recommend using Imperium Hosting and if you’re not, then you either lost your mind as the perfect and most awesome company’s here. And the worst that can happen is you’re demanding a refund, but that will never happen because you’ll be disgustingly satisfied with their service, server, and staff that you’re planning to get another one of their service!

Coming from another hoster, Imperium was fantastic to deal with right off the start. Super friendly and prompt, answered all my questions with out making me feel they were rushing me and gave me great recommendations based of my needs and what I described I was doing. The service as great, the price to performance is also hard to beat, would highly recommend giving them a try.

Was very easy to get help fast and the support was amazing of informing me as a server host how to set it up the server and help out with how i add my coustom mods and the suport was even so friendly they did the serverdownload to help out and put it in where it should be in the folder. Big help and much apprication to Tokkin to help out our new modded server.

Excellent communication, Excellent service! I have a server for Enshrouded with Imperium Hosting and this is my first server with them and didn't really know how to make changes and Christian walked me threw my options and answered my questions late at night on my side of the world (West Coast/Las Vegas, NV USA). Refreshing to know that I could get help when I needed it for our server which also ran perfectly! Assistance with a personal touch really makes a difference! Everyone on the Imperium Hosting team has been GREAT!

Imperium is by far the best hosting provider I have found! Hands down a million times better than Nitrado, if they could do console servers as well I would host exclusively through them!!
