I have been partnered with Imperium Hosting for a year now and it has been an awesome experience.
Since I have people who like to play games with me I depend on having a reliable hosting service and Imperium definitely fits that bill. The staff is very helpful and responsive. I have hosted a couple servers for my community and any time I've had a problem the staff has been able to answer and solve my issue very quickly.
The hosting service is very user friendly and easy to set up. I am not the most tech savvy person so that has been great for me.

I really live that you have, pretty much, 24x7 live chat access to the guys. Their support response is pretty much immediate. The server was so easy to setup with a small learning curve, that they were constantly and immediately contactable to help with.

Imperium hosting in my opinion is one of the best hosting companies out there. I've been to many companies for my community server needs but non can compare to them. They are a veteran owned hosting company made for gamers. Not only are they a top notch service. But if there is a problem its dealt with faster than any place I've been to. I write this in reguards to 3 things, and 2 of the 3 things that can be fixed or will come in the future I hope.
1.) Great support! Honestly Billie was absolutely amazing and I honestly feel every company needs a Billie because she went above and beyond to help me and not only help me beyond to help me but pulled in help from other people that knew my game and had Knowledgment about my game to make sure my server worked to a complete and better T. Thank you Billie.
2.) There server interface is very overwhelming! I would feel like it would be a lot better if things had more priority over others. Especially coming from someone that was ready to do something quick and in the moment and the first thing that pops up is just so much. When you first open the admin controller.
3.) For my game at least, there is no way for me to admin/permit/ban Xbox players because the interface is for just SteamId64 and not for the Xbox IDS that are needed. So I lose my extra security that I feel is there for a cross play server.
Lastly ill end with this, these guys have the fastest load up for a server. Usually on other servers it takes a minute f or the server to load and turn on or even restart. I barely have any mods that take much and it takes seconds if that and my group is ready.

Absolutely phenomenal. I've owned and deved for many DayZ servers over the years, from HostHavoc to Nitrado and a few in between and this absolutely exceeds all of them. Their customer service, troubleshooting, and their staff's own server owning history makes service from them above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking to host a server with more than a few players on consistently. The server runs smooth, and with the amount of mods installed it runs like an absolute dream. 10/10 any day of the week.

Top-notch customer service. The servers run great, but if you happen to run into *any* hitches, you'll get wonderful assistance without waiting a full business day or more. Game updates are available ASAP, no waiting days for them to be ported over. Nice community behind them as well!

I have been with Imperium for a little over a year now and have rented multiple servers from them. I can confidently say that they are the only hosting provider I will use going forward. I have tried various hosting services in the past, but I always ended up leaving due to rude or unhelpful staff. I have two DayZ servers and a Path of Titans server that were easy to set up with their control panel.
