Imperium has been an absolute requirement for me as a new server owner and I can't express my gratitude and appreciation, from the support to the quality and power of my server. All of my future servers will have their own tag in my description.

Special thanks to Billie, Jim and Token, I sincerely can't thank you all enough for your time, understanding and sheer dedication to getting my server in order and taking the time to teach me along the way, by far the best support experience with anything I've ever used.

Consistent and easy to use servers!
Sign-up for a server was easy, with many options that you can mix and match (at least for my game). Server has been very consistent, and easy to monitor/maintain via the web portal they provide.

first time hosting any kind of server to enjoy game with my friends, with 0 knowledge about it this guys basically set up a world for me where me and my friends enjoy spending time. great service for sure!

I have 2 Minecraft servers hosted by Imperium Hosting. I have never had any downtime on either one of them. I recently signed up for the 2nd server, and if I have any questions or need help with anything. I am getting instant replies back on their Discord server.

They go beyond what I have experienced from any host that I have ever used, and I have been playing with online servers since they were available.

They are the best host that I have ever worked with. It is like we are all a part of a team.

I requested canceling for a server they had trouble managing and unable to keep updated. The request stated to cancel at the end of the billing period. (IN DECEMBER) They canceled within 24 hours and now the server is gone. I swear, nothing gets done right with this server host. No refund or Nada.

Everything I have been looking for when it comes to a professional and knowledgeable PC server modding company! Response time is rapid fast. Customer support is top level. They also have a discord where you can go to for more in depth assistance. The support for veterans military/first responder is truly genuine. As a new server owner to the PC world. Using online tutorials to add or trouble shoot files that I didn’t understand to begin with almost destroyed my wanting to continue my server. The COO actually had a voice call with me to discuss what I wanted, my vision and then introduced to one of their best coders, Ms. Linda (Billie Beans). Not only do they offer optimal servers to host. But have offered to teach me how to code and trouble shoot issues I may encounter. This is priceless and you all know this if you’ve ever been a new server owner struggling to get mods to work. Their pricing is extremely affordable and generous. Thank you staff at Imperium!! Fast and freindly customer service, great price

Update after like a month: Any time there is an update for a game they host, it essentially bricks the server because Imperium doesnt stay up to date. It's been 3 days and my server is unconnectable. This is the second time.... Kind of a waste of money since it doesnt work. With so many hosts out there, find someone who can manage.

For my next Valheim season with my community, i am gonna rent 2 servers at Imperium. + 1 server to play on my own. Price/Quality is very good, and the 24/7 support is amazing. Had multiple hosting companies already, but Imperium is the one to get your servers!

Moved over to Imperium from a different host that just wasn't cutting the mustard. Since first contact with the team to a full functioning DayZ server, these guys have been amazing!

Great support with any questions I had, and a friendly and understanding team of humans.

The prices are more than fair, the customer service was surprisingly very responsive and capable, and the discord is active and ready to offer community based help as well. The overall value and quality for a smaller operation is truly impressive

I have been partnered with Imperium Hosting for a year now and it has been an awesome experience.
Since I have people who like to play games with me I depend on having a reliable hosting service and Imperium definitely fits that bill. The staff is very helpful and responsive. I have hosted a couple servers for my community and any time I've had a problem the staff has been able to answer and solve my issue very quickly.
The hosting service is very user friendly and easy to set up. I am not the most tech savvy person so that has been great for me.

I really live that you have, pretty much, 24x7 live chat access to the guys. Their support response is pretty much immediate. The server was so easy to setup with a small learning curve, that they were constantly and immediately contactable to help with.
