From the first time I spoke to Jim at Imperial I felt like I was very important. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he was so quick in getting back to me with all my queries. Would highly recommend Imperial as a company and especially Jim as your contact.

Sold my car to Imperials following an initial bid to purchase my AMG GTS. Mason and Greg were open and very professional to deal with. Greg was also very knowledgeable and went out of his way to offer technical advice on my next purchase.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Imperial and the process couldn't be any easier. We are not local but found Imperials because we were looking for a particular car. Really impressed with the service. We dealt with both Mason (in person) and Daniel (by phone) and both were very friendly and helpful. Good follow up too, with confirmation all the finance was sorted. I would recommend.

Purchased a Tesla Model 3. Car was in excellent condition. Thanks to Mason, superb customer service. Had an issue with one of the tyres which I didn't realise till the next day. Mason had it switched with no fuss.

Very accommodating to help me find the right car after a few choices didn't meet the spec I was after. Kevin arranged everything with me online to make it nice and easy as I wasn't available in the UK, all I had to do was fly in, sign some papers and drive off. They have a fantastic stock of cars to choose from too.
