What a pleasure it always is to buy from these lovely people, family run business fabulous range of cars and people who you really can talk to and have fun with, Jamie gets my absolute number one best ever person to deal with but the other guys are all fantastic

I took delivery of a Mercedes C43 AMG yesterday to join my Rolls Royce Ghost (which I also bought from them) and its really fantastic

I’ve purchased from Imperials in the past and can simply say that Mason and the team made the whole experience very enjoyable and straight forward and personally preferred to main dealer experiences I’ve had over the years. I went back to them a few years ago to sell my A45 for me which got me a much better return than I could have got selling myself and they have just sold me R8 for me, taking care of everything and getting me yet again a great return! A great place to buy a dream car. Excellent service, no quibbling on the price for my trade-in car. I had a small problem after the purchase of my Porsche and the team at Imperials got it sorted quickly.

I must admit I was very apprehensive buying such an expensive vehicle from a dealer I did not know, which was very far from home. Imperials however were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and everything they said they would do, they did. The advice they gave was spot on, based on a wealth of experience. I have no hesitation in recommending them, especially with the backing of the RAC accreditation. Jim Wannacot helped me every step of the way and always communicated regularly. In all a very enjoyable experience. Delighted with my purchase and once the sale was complete the customer service level did not diminish. Which is more than can be said for some of the main dealers.

This is the 2nd purchase from imperials. They have superb prestige vehicles, a no messing about attitude and they are a garage you can trust when buying prestige specialist cars.

I dealt with Jim Wonnacott during the process of buying my car from Imperials, he was informative, pleasant and knowledgeable on all aspects of my purchase. When Jim was unavailable Jamie would step in if required, Jim sources vehicles that you want, if they haven’t the stock item that you require.

Jim Wonnacott is a sarcastic, rude and a manipulative sales agent. He behaves as if he is selling tomatoes in a fruit market. He has forgotten he is selling prestige cars worth thousands. To Jim, learn to respect your clients with the respect they deserve. Imperials pride itself in being a prestige showroom but Jim utterly lets them down. My experience with Imperials was NIGHTMARE FROM START TO FINISH. I went in to buy an onyx G Class. Got the finance approved and right before picking the car, I was given excuse after excuse to delay the pick up. Finally after 2 weeks, I was told the car had some mechanical issues and that was being repaired. After sometime, they got back to me after i had made numerous calls to tell me the car is now being taken back by the owner and the deal is off. I am sure they have either sold it to someone else at a higher price (they will do this to you) or that they were trying to sell me a car that couldn't pass the MOT. MY HONEST ADVICE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR YOU WILL HAVE THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE. ROMANS INTERNATIONAL IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE.
