I bought a $800 sign from this company that came with bare exposed wires not attached to the box that plugs into the outlet. I had ordered this sign for my new home and it came in a wooden box with 1000 nails holding it together so once we moved into my new house we opened the box and found this issue but they would not help because was past the warranty date even tho this product came unusable! Their solution...we can sell you another sign and give you a discount. What a joke! They couldn't even offer us help to somehow fix this issue ourselves and put the wires where they belong so we could use the sign.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with this company.

I purchased a non-custom neon sign directly from their website. It was listed as in stock and ready to ship, and I paid extra for expedited shipping because it was for a client’s party. Unfortunately, it did not arrive in time, which caused issues with my event.

When I reached out to return the item, I sent photos showing that the box was never opened and the sign was in the exact condition it arrived in. Despite this, I was told it could not be returned because it was “custom” — which is simply not true. This was a stock item, not customized in any way.

I explained this clearly and referenced their own return policy, which states:

“For our neon signs, we can accept a return within 90 days of receipt if the product is unused and is in the same condition and packaging as when it was first received.”

I met all of these requirements and was well within the timeframe.

After that, I never heard back from the company.

As a business owner who relies on reliable vendors, this lack of accountability and communication is extremely frustrating. Between delayed shipping, incorrect information, and being ignored, this was not a professional experience.

I would be very cautious before ordering from this company, especially if you are working on a deadline.

I bought the Keith Haring sign for my boyfriend's birthday and he loves it. The effects are brilliant enough to turn the living room into a rave while also offering dimmer options for a more subdued background feel as well. The customer service team is top-notch too - friendly, responsive, and helpful - and delivery from the US was super fast. Would highly recommend!

I ordered a yellow Jirachi Wish Maker neon sign for my girlfriend for her birthday. However when she opened it on her birthday, it was blue and white, not yellow. Illusion Neon was completely unreachable by phone and they only replied to my third email. They did nothing to try and help with the issue, insisting that I ordered a blue and white Jirachi and that I check my confirmation email. Not only does the confirmation email say nothing about color, I have screen shots from their website showing I ordered a yellow sign. My issue is unresolved and they have stopped responding to me.

I ordered the product weeks ago. Never got a confirmation receipt like they said they would sent. I called the number on the website and the phone number isn't even real. AFTER I claimed fraud on my credit card, they immediately emailed me that they were gonna send the order. It's now too late and I don't need the product anymore. I gave ample time for it to arrive but they never planned to send it until we got the credit card company involved. And I have all the receipts to prove it.
