Hello Brad,
I wanted to express my apologies for the inconvenience you experienced. It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding our automated order confirmation email system. Our records indicate that you responded to a no-reply automated message, which triggered our system to send you a warning email about the bounce but did not notify us directly that you wanted some action. Subsequently, after seeing your feedback, we investigated and I see that you've been in touch with several members of our team regarding your order, and our commercial manager is currently assisting you further.
We take your feedback seriously and will review how we can improve the clarity of our communication for future customers.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we truly appreciate your feedback.
Kind regards
Rick

Thanks indeed for your 5 Star review Sumara. We really appreciate the feedback.
First class service to a happy customer.
I made an enquiry just before Christmas and received a comprehensive quote within hours. I decided to go ahead with the installation after the holidays. Everything was delivered exactly as ordered the day after my confirmation and payment. I installed the system myself over the next few days with no problems, no missing bits or anything else to hold me up. I'm an electrician, not a builder, but any competent person can do the job (well, maybe not the final skim!)
Their customer service was excellent with prompt responses from a clearly knowledgeable team. The product that I installed (on a brick party wall) does exactly what it is supposed to do.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone with a sound proofing project.
