iKoustic Soundproofing Recensioni

The only thing to let things down was delivery which I think was expensive along with the fact as I asked for an early delivery and it came at 5.30pm.
But still a very good and helpful company

Great customer service, products and delivery were excellent. would highly recommend. Jason

Helpful telephone advice, simple ordering, quick invoicing, payment and delivery. Quality soundproofing products.

I would have loved to give a good review, I think they have one of the best system on the market. Unfortunately, my attempts to get a detailed quote for a Gold System has been unsuccessful, hence I won't be able to test their solution.
After a first contact, I got an estimate and was offered a detailed quote if I was still interested. I was keen to get their system and asked for a quote, but apparently made the mistake to ask the wrong question about the pricing compare to their competitors!
Since then, I've been completely ghosted, I gave up as they ignore my emails.
The thing is that at this stage I would have accepted any standard marketing/corporate message as an answer and get their system anyway, but I guess they have enough customers and don't care about more.
I guess I will have to go to their competitors.

Really helpful advisers but issues with the products supplied. The insulation was too thick for the cavity (direct to wall system) so needed to urgently source new insulation locally. Plus the 5% allowance for ‘spare’ materials proved to be too little and so needed to arrange for expensive next day delivery to minimise on site delays.

Product knowledge, appreciate business pressures, good understanding and efficient

Goods ordered arrived the following day, despite missing the 11am deadline for next day delivery.
So I am very appreciative.

Used these guys a few times and always great service. Quick to respond to emails and very knowledgeable. It’s a pleasure dealing with businesses like this.

Next day delivery and easy to order. Thanks people.

Excellent communication and friendly support from Simon.

Very friendly, polite, knowledgeable service and great follow up.
Pleasure to do business with.

Good clear advice. Did not try and sale me the next grade product up

Great team. Very quick to respond and always spot on with the delivery. Difficult location on the last project but found it and gave notice an hr before to make sure we were ready to take in and not hanging around.

The most helpful technical support you could wish for.

Good products and delivery as planned

Well made products and super-fast delivery. Great experience from start to finish. Thanks!

2nd time ordering from this company and like the first time was a real pleasure dealing with this company.
Cannot fault in any way.
My house was built in 1870 and has just a brick wall with no soundproofing and the level of noise I was hearing was making me stressed and ill.
Have now done a fair bit to my house and the results are life changing.

I'm happy to rate Ikoustic 5 stars, as I was waiting for the installation to be completed and I can confirm the MuteBoard 4 is doing the job.

I've used this company a number of times as I am a specialist installer.
They always look to innovate their products and materials to make sure they have the best in the market at very competitive rates!
No better place to get your soundproofing and you can collect which is a big bonus.

Oliver was very helpful and made sure the order was processed quickly, cant fault the service.
