It could upset the stomach.
I have only taken the B Complex at the moment but I’m afraid it has given me an upset stomach. I also don’t like the taste of them and it leaves a horrible after taste although someone says it doesn’t with them. I am sorry I had to write this but it just doesn’t agree with me and I am worried I can’t take the other bottles of different pills either.

While our Super B-Complex is formulated to be gentle and well-tolerated, using clean ingredients with no artificial additives, we do appreciate that sensitivities can occasionally occur, particularly when introducing high-strength B vitamins for the first time. For those with sensitive stomachs, we generally recommend taking the capsules with food, as this may help reduce the likelihood of gastrointestinal discomfort.
We would also like to reassure you that the product has been extensively quality tested and is safe to use as directed. However, individual responses to supplements can vary, and we completely understand your concern following this experience.

Great site to navigate. Lots of information to help you decide on what you need. Wide range of products with excellent ingredients. My blood work has come back much improved in a matter of weeks since using the methylated multivitamins. My ferritin levels have improved from 7 to 39 in 3 weeks! I already notice the difference if I forget to take! Great communication and fast delivery.

Top-tier quality and incredibly fast shipping!
I recently switched to Igennus for my B-Complex, and the experience has been excellent.
What really sets this supplement apart is the ingredient profile. It’s a high-potency B-Complex with no artificial colours or flavours, so I really appreciate the clean formula. Plus, unlike many other brands I’ve tried, there is absolutely no aftertaste or digestive discomfort.
I was also blown away by the efficiency of the delivery. My order arrived in just 3 days, which was much faster than I anticipated.
It’s refreshing to find a company that delivers a premium product with such professional, speedy service. I am now using several supplements from this amazing company and will definitely be a returning customer.

Company lacks clarity
The website claims this product increases cellular omega-3 levels 3.5 times more than standard fish oil and 5 times more than krill oil. However, none of this is mentioned on the packaging. Instead, it only states that it is twice the concentration of standard fish oil. Additionally, the website says the product is IFOS certified, but there is no certification logo or mention of this on the package. In my opinion, while it may be a decent omega-3 supplement, it doesn’t live up to the claims made online. The product feels significantly less impressive than advertised. The information provided seems misleading.
Also, I recently placed my first order and purchased two omega-3 supplements (32,99 each). At the time of purchase, there was a promotion offering a free magnesium supplement. However, I did not receive the magnesium with my order. I later realised that it may not have been added to my basket, but as a first-time customer, this was not clearly explained during checkout. When I contacted customer service, they explained that “after 3 discount codes were applied, my order total dropped below the £50 threshold, so the order did not qualify for the free gift.” Understandable. But, this raises the question: why did the gift remain in the basket, and why wasn’t it removed automatically when the total dropped below the threshold?
In summary, everything about this company lacks clarity. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide never to buy from them again, even though I usually spend a lot on supplements for my family of four.

Regarding the product information, the differences you’ve noticed come down to how we communicate detailed research versus what can realistically fit on-pack. The greater increases in cellular omega-3 levels are consistent with published research on the specific omega-3 forms used, which we explain in more detail on our website. On the packaging, we prioritise essential and regulated information such as concentration and dosage.
Regarding IFOS certification, our omega-3 products are independently tested to IFOS standards, and batch-specific reports are publicly available (https://devcert.nutrasource.ca/certified-products/brand?id=IGLT). You’re right that this isn’t currently as visible on the packaging. We are in the process of updating this to make it clearer. During the transition, some products already in circulation may not display the logo.
We’re sorry for any confusion around gifts. We completely understand how frustrating this experience must have been, and to be transparent, it’s something that frustrates us too. Currently, if discounts reduce the order below the qualifying threshold, the gift is removed at checkout. We recognise this isn’t as clear or seamless as it should be, and we’re actively working to improve it as part of upcoming website updates.

Great products, excellent service
The supplements from this company are extremely high quality and I have experienced a remarkable change in my energy and inflammation from using their methylated B and Omega-3 and astaxanthin. I’ve given many of their products to my son who is a professional tennis player as he has suffered from knee injuries periodically and he says that his energy and stamina has increased and knee inflammation has also been greatly reduced. He took the B, Omega-3, astaxanthin and also curcumin. Deliveries are always fast. I rate the company 5 stars.

I am fed up with this Company
I am fed up with this Company. I used their product years ago and it was beneficial. However, I can no longer use the vegepa as it is causing rashes on my face. They ignored my request and more are on their way. I never thought they would be so unprofessional and will never again recommend them to others, as I once used to.

Fishy Smell, Bad Reaction, No Refund
I bought Astaxanthin from this company, and it had a strong fishy smell, clearly indicating oxidation. After taking it, I experienced a bad reaction. When I contacted the company, they refused to issue a refund.
