A little concerned about delivery times
I placed my order with Igennus on the 2nd of June, and as of today, the 18th of June, I still haven’t received my product. I understand that delays can sometimes happen, but I was a little concerned as I chose the subscription option with monthly deliveries.
Since this is my first order, I am wondering how smoothly the monthly shipments will be managed going forward and whether the delivery schedule can be maintained consistently.
I would appreciate some clearer communication regarding delivery times, as knowing what to expect is important, especially for a subscription service.
I hope this is just an isolated delay and that future orders will arrive on time. I look forward to receiving my product and continuing my experience with Igennus.

For our European customers, we offer the Asendia postal service as a more cost-effective shipping option alongside courier services such as DHL and DPD. While the delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, we appreciate how important reliable delivery and clear communication are, particularly when you're relying on regular orders.
We have also recently reviewed our shipping options to Europe, including Greece, and will be in touch with you directly to provide further information, along with some suggestions regarding subscription frequency that may help ensure a smoother experience going forward.

Iron bisglycinate to the rescue
I sent some vitamins and iron bisglycinate to a friend, who'd been given the usual gut troubling iron sulphate, by their GP.
They were impressed by the swift delivery, and the iron bisglycinate is not causing any gut upsets.
It's early days, but I'm confident these Igennus products will make a good difference, as they have for me.

After trying many different supplement…
After trying many different supplement brands over the years,Igennus has become one of my favourites.
