Games were delivered very quickly , ordered 2 psp games in a Friday evening got them Tuesday morning . Good condition, good cases . No complaints really. If I’m being OCD one of the games I got Burnout legends didn’t have the manual, but tbh u kind of expect that buying old games just the collector guy in me loves having clean cases complete with manual , but when your buying 2nd hand can’t expect that. Otherwise excellent service

It has now been a week since I sumbitted my first complaint I have had abymsally bad service from this joke of a company.

They sent me a detsroyed figure that was leaking paint particles everywhere, which is very bad for dogs which I own. I emailed them multiple times and they are refusing to give me a answer on how the figure was sent like that and if why the other one was unsellable but I was sent that

The worker in contact with me Aarti has been extremely slow and unhelpful, not answering my questions and copy and pasting the same cex nonsense. This cost me almost 10 euro. I need that money back

I will not stop emailing, contacting or reviewing until I have a proper answer and compensation, I am beyond sickened at this lazy companys refusal to do anything for anyone. I expect immediate responses and my money back soon.

The figure is in the bin because it was dangerous. I dont understand why they cannot comprehend that. Absolute joke and I have a feeling this will not be my last review

I also demand a answer on my eons elite chop chop question which you continue to ignore and avoid. so disrespectful. Taking way way way too long to respond. It is fully in my right via CCPC Ireland to dispose of products I think are unsafe. I would push for a refund or a replacement. Whatever about the refund, I fail to understand why a replacement cannot be shipped out to me

Ordered a used ‘grade B’ phone, when the package arrived I had been sent to wrong phone (yes the WRONG phone). I had been sent a much cheaper and clearly damaged phone. This phone was clearly not the one I ordered and it is unbelievable that a ‘tech’ company could make such a mistake.

Contacted CS who were less than helpful, their response was cut and paste and loaded with T&Cs, astonishingly telling me that when I returned this WRONG phone that it would be subject to testing before I got the correct one.
