Absolutely terrible experience with CeX…
Absolutely terrible experience with CeX yet again. I ordered a case for an iPhone 15 Pro and they sent me an iPhone 15 Pro Max case instead, even though the order clearly states the correct model.
This is not the first time they mixed up my orders. It honestly feels like nobody even checks the items before shipping them out. Now I have to waste even more time returning their mistake and waiting again because of pure carelessness.
Customer service like this destroys trust in a company. I will definitely think twice before ordering from CeX again.

I received my refurbished headphones…
I received my refurbished headphones quickly, very well packaged, and in perfect working order. My only complaint is that there was a strong smell, perhaps the previous owner's perfume, perhaps a cleaning product used in the refurbishment process.

I've been going there for years. It Is a great shop for retro stuff and things like that. They sell modern console games for less. I've only gotten the wrong game once and I ended up loving it so I wanted to keep it. So I did!
